Dans l'onglet "Vente" puis "Devis", nous avons accès au listing de l'ensemble des devis créés dans Hubspot. Or il n'est pas possible de modifier leur statut en cliquant dessus, ou en cliquant sur "actions". Cela est clairement préjudiciable car nous en aurions besoin pour faire un tracking efficace des devis, qu'ils aient une signature électronique ou non. Nous aurions besoin de pouvoir modifier facilement, en quelques clics, le statut des devis. Le plus pertinent serait de pouvoir choisir les statuts :  - Publié - Signé - Refusé - Annulé - Brouillon - Archivé   Et quand en France on aura la possibilité de suivre la facturation le statut "Facturé, Facturé Partiellement, Payé, Payé partiellement".   Si quelqu'un a une solution, je suis preneur ! Unless I am using it wrong, I am finding the URL property in products to be rather useless when it comes to quotes, at least.  I would think a quick fix would be to hard code it so that the url field alway wrapped itself around the product line <div>, or at the very least the item name, so at least something on the quote form is clickable. It is certainly what I expected it to do when I added the URL to the property. If you add the URL field to the quote the url string that appears on the published quote isn't even clickable. ...read more

I have created a number of custom product/line item fields that calculate certain values, and these values are used in many of our customised quotes to display such things as the partner discount, partner revenue etc. If any of the line items are changed as part of the quote process wizard (step 4) these calculated fields do not update. I can understand that they are probably only stored in the context of the quote, but there should also be a trigger that recalculates and saves custom fields as part of the line item changes in this step of the process. The implication of this are twofold:   If we wish to create a few different quote options we need to make changes to the line items of the deal itself, then create a quote, then repeat the process for each new option/version of the quote. This is quite laborious. We cannot use the line items step of the wizard at all, even if we only want to do one quote. This is super unintuitive to my sale teams, and I have to specifically train new sales staff around this issue. I think that all fields for line items should calculate and be stored along with the quote, not just the HubSpot default ones.   ...read more

Hello,   We currently collect tax in a few locations, and have different shipping rates depending on the number and type of items purchased, and where they are shipping to. Our Sales team currently has to calculate the tax and shipping amounts separately when creating a quote.    I have written some custom code that will call our tax API and the hubspot APIs to calculate and add the tax and shipping line items to the draft quote.    I can set up a workflow that would enroll all draft quotes, however, Ideally we would have a step in the quote creation process where they could trigger that code directly, as there are some cases where a customer may be tax-exempt, the zipcode/state/country fields may not be filled out, etc.    Thanks, Sydney   ...read more

When I am importing line-items into a Deal , the line-items do not show up in the same order as in the csv file, and when creating a Quote all the rows are mixed into a completely random order. Is there a way to fix this in the csv file? Does Hubspot sort the rows in a specific logical way? This is a major problem as we often need to import a CSV file with many lines, and manually re-ordering them is not practical, to the point where using the quote functionality is in question. Hi team, I was working with quotes and found that with personalisation tokens at the moment, this is limiting in terms of the system being complex in pulling properties from different objects, and the item has to be "pulled in" from each object which requires double work where: The personalisation token has to be inserted into a quote The property has to be filled on the object record To make things more efficient, I am filing this feature request for quote specific fields that the quote creator can fill-in during the quote creation process.
