The process of sending reminders automatically for Invoices is clunky.     There should be a native reminder for every invoice that does not have to be created via Workflow.     In order to setup automatic reminders for Invoices, you either have to create a task to send an email manually or send a marketing email or pay more for access to transactional marketing emails.  All of those options are not ideal and would be nice to have a simple generic reminder.  ... The Payment Schedule Feature currently in Beta could be improved with a few simple changes.  The Invoice creation based on the Payment Schedule could be improved vastly. I setup a Quote with a Payment Schedule and have a few issues. Neither Invoice created once a payment is made is owned by the Quote owner by default. There is no owner for the invoices created but it should be the same as Quote Owner by Default because that is technically who created the Invoices. The first invoice paid within the Quote has a Paid status but the subsequent invoices are in Draft mode with no owner and no balance due.  The only way to do this is to setup Tasks via Workflow in order to manually edit all the Invoices. When the Owner is assigned to the invoice, the balance due shows up and then you have to Edit the invoice to Finalize it.  It's odd that there is no balance due until there is an owner.   Very tedious and although I'm glad the feature for Payment Schedules is there, the work is takes to Finalize Invoices is so tedious is makes the feature much less valuable. Could you please add the option for donors to cover processing fees when giving to nonprofits via a payment link?   When donors give to nonprofits, they don't realize the nonprofit doesn't recieve 100% of the donation.   By adding the opton for donors to cover proecessing fees, the nonprofit will receive the whole donation and the donor will know that the nonprofit will recieve all of what s/he intended to give.   Here is a link to help with the basic idea:  https://buzzwks.com/donation-processing-fees-everything-you-need-to-know/ ... We are currently working on the payment options, also because we want to connect Stripe or similar and an accounting system in the future. Now there is the possibility to influence the payment in the articles (one-time, yearly, ....). I can also set a delay so that a payment is not made until date DD.MM.YYYY or after X days/weeks/months. What I'm missing is an option where I can say that this payment will not be made until the deal is handed over or "closed". Very often I need an option where I can set up a billing that is triggered only after the service has been provided, e.g. for our services such as training. Our services don't always have a fixed end date, sometimes we bill by delivery or milestones. For example, a deal runs through our deal pipeline as "in progress" until the colleagues have completed all the work on the deal, and only then is the deal closed. ... Mehr anzeigen

Hello, I was looking into adding a product image to the payment link. I was unable to add a file property to the payment link and was informed a work around would be to add the image in the checkout box. However, that may cause confusion if the payment link has multiple items and the customer only wants to purchase one or a few of the items. When we submit quotes for approval in Hubspot it updates the deal amount automatically.  I am aware of the option to update the amount field to manual but we do prefer to keep it automated for most use cases.  We would like an option (like in the line items) that provides you a choice to update the amount or keep your current amount. The ability for admins to be able to change the default number of payments on quotes. Right now when users create a payment schedule on quotes, it defaults to two payments. Some companies work in 3 payment intervals, or 4. Having to always change it is time consuming.   I have two ideas, Give admins a setting to change the default number of payments to be different than 2. Ie: everyones portal gets the setting and the default is 2 unless admins change it Give admins the ability to create dynamic payment schedules.
