Hey HubSpot We are strong advocates of the Products/Line Items feature in HubSpot and offers great context behind deals.  What we're finding with clients and ourselves alike, is the functionality request to be able to associate Products to Tickets. This is often because someone may raise a ticket that corresponds to products or services bought and it would be great to have the Customer Success team get visibility of this.  Now, we know we can access this via deals, but in some cases we want to restrict the Customer Success team's access to deals as it may be overwhelming if they're adopting HubSpot for the first time.  As we can import data into Products as it's own object, it would be good to be able to associate them with the other standard objects as well.  Thank you Sam ...read more

PROBLEM: When a client signs the quote using hellosign, the confirmation email titled "Please verify your identity to sign your quote" is sent from<success@hubspot.com> and frequently goes to the signers spam folder, which is a HUGE pain to identify and many deals are thought to be signed by the signer when the contract is not yet fully executed. This problem is compounded when there are multiple signers on a contract.    PROPOSED SOLUTION: Allow our company to customize the sent from email address to be specific to our company, then allow our company to update our SPF record and DMARC to allow the email to be sent from our email address to use our email reputation.    ...read more

It would be great if you could choose which line item properties were editible after creation.   We have a reporting system outside of HubSpot which relies on our line item names matching up with those in the reports. We have switched off the ability for users to create custom line items but, at the moment, they can still select an existing line item and then edit anything they want.    If we could restrict access so they could only edit certain properties in a line item (e.g. price, billing frequency) but were unable to edit others (e.g. name, custom properties) it would help to reduce errors and additional manual work in our reporting. ...read more

Will be good to have more appearance options to edit Customer Portal [beta] and will be great to have option to create own theme/templates     According to this article https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/guides/getting-started-from-the-cms-quotes-theme-beta we can create theme, but where is no way to apply new theme to customer portal ...read more

Our company uses several complex site agreements, equipment loan agreements, etc. that do not have a cost.  I love how effective creating a quote is for these agreements and the tracking and everything is fantastic and a huge time saver.  We can see what is signed, what needs to be updated, etc.  However, I wish it was possible to remove the line item cost from the quote.  This would enable agreements to be tracked in the same way, but without the line item at the top. ...read more

The below email is sent as a verification method to who wants to sign your quotes. Currently this email is standard: The contents of this email can't be changed. However, especially since it's now possible to create fully customized document-templates in HubSpot, it would be extra helpful to be able to customize this email as well. For example, when you create a custom document which is not a quote, you might want to change the word 'quote' into 'document' or something else.   ...read more

It would be very useful to have an automatically calculated property ate the Product level that converts the Product Amount (or Total Contract Value) to the company currency. Just like there is the 'Amount in company currency' at the Deal level.  When using cross reports with Deals & Products, we cannot use the 'Amount in company currency' because it get duplicated for each Product in the Deal. And properties at the Product level like 'Total Contract Value' are in different currencies. So if my report is displaying the 'Total Contract Value' of a multi currency base it will show: US$ 1,000.00 + R$ 1,000.00 = $ 2,000.00 For now I have one report for each currency and that's something I want to avoid in the future. ...read more

If I would like to search for Deals that include specific Line Items (Products) , it would not be possible to search for this or even create a Satistic.   You can not Filter Deals that include specific Line Items You can not create a List for Deals which have specific criterias You can not create a cross-over Statistic with Deals and Line Items to create a list of Deals which have specific Line Items.   The AND function in the reports does not combine to line items. Example: Cross-Over Report from Deals and Line Items. - All Deals which are "Closed Won" - All Line Items which are "Product A" AND/OR "Product B"   --> Shows all Deals which have either Product A or Product B. But not the Deals which have ONLY this combination.   I only want the view Deals which have a specific combination of Deals.   The list option gives more fliter option but his is only possible for the contacts and companies.   Please add this funktions hubspot..
