We recently upgraded to sales enterprise.  We are using a quote-based workflow.  We want to build several notifications: for example, when a deal reaches a stage called "complete", but the customer has not yet paid their invoice, we want to send a reminder with a link to the quote so the customer can easily submit their payment.  This is a very common use case with obvious benefits.     The problem is, the "token" for a simple quote link is not currently available in the email tool.  There are other similar links, such as "Download Quote PDF" and "Object ID", but there is no way to give the customer a link to the quote so the can easily submit their payment.   The link IS available in other contexts thougout hubspot... For example, when you create a quote, the system gives you a chance to copy the link:  Or, from within a deal or a contact, you can manually "Create Email" and manually a link like this:  But within the automated email builder, there is no way to include the link:         ...read more

Right now when creating a product report, only line items, or products associated with a deal, show up in the report. It would be ideal to be able to report on all products, including those that are not currently associated with a deal. ...read more

Our company can bill on half quantities and unfortunately when you are putting a quantity in the product area of HubSpot to track revenue it will never be accurate for us. This also does not allow our team to use the Quote tool and we have to use another system in place of this. There should be a check box or something that would allow you to make an included line item optional.     The system would immediately recognize this, perhaps highlight the line item in different color, and then add small verbiage that says something along the lines of "Optional Line Item - not included in total price" or just "Optional".   Additionally, it should mark the line item cost/price as zero so that it's not included in the total price of the quote.   This I believe is better than simply adding a line item and then setting the quantity to zero.  It may confuse the customer. ...read more

Hubspot built an amazing tool that allows sales rep to send quote that customers can accept by eSignature. It works perfectly fine, but it's limited to 10 (Pro) or 30 (Enterprise) signatures / month / user!30 eSignatures is clearly not enough for us, but we can't even pay to unlock this limitation. The only way out is to use an external tool like Paycove or Pandadoc and pay 50$ / month / user just for a feature that is already there. This makes no sense. When you build a perfect tool, please let us use it as much as we need. Even if it means we'll have to pay more, if I need unlimited use of this feature, I should be able to have it (or at least fare use 100 eSign / month). Thank you ...read more

If I would like to search for Deals that include specific Line Items (Products) , it would not be possible to search for this or even create a Satistic.   You can not Filter Deals that include specific Line Items You can not create a List for Deals which have specific criterias You can not create a cross-over Statistic with Deals and Line Items to create a list of Deals which have specific Line Items.   The AND function in the reports does not combine to line items. Example: Cross-Over Report from Deals and Line Items. - All Deals which are "Closed Won" - All Line Items which are "Product A" AND/OR "Product B"   --> Shows all Deals which have either Product A or Product B. But not the Deals which have ONLY this combination.   I only want the view Deals which have a specific combination of Deals.   The list option gives more fliter option but his is only possible for the contacts and companies.   Please add this funktions hubspot.. QUOTES - feature requests   Request the following features   1. Quote status - request ability to mark and check status for quotes as "accepted", "pending" or "not accepted" 2. Invoice status - request ability to see on Quote summary page, also the status of invoices and whether they have been drafted, approved, and issued.  V's having to go into deal by deal to check status.
