Sometimes when a deal is closed won, with an approved/sign quotes changes must be made (because of a sales misunderstanding or error) Even if the sales team create a new quote for approval, this old quote need to be canceled. We need this functionality to avoid having quotes that are no longer valid related to deals that are closed won. Thanks

At the moment, when creating a custom quote, you can only add 6 line items. More and more clients have complex quoting requirements and being able to add more will give us a better ability to customise.

I would like the ability to quickly copy or duplicate a line item within a deal/quote. I often have the same product enter multiple times in a deal/quote. Said differently, multiple line items will be for the same product. Instead of adding the line item multiple times from the product library, I would like the action button for the line item to include "Copy". This is a much faster way to enter duplicate line items. It also copies any unique information added to the line item's description, which I also need to include. For example the same product might apear multiple times but each entry is for a different geographical location - "Type F1" or "Location F2"

I know this has been proposed many times before by other members, but I too would greatly benefit from being able to apply, modify, or remove tax on a line item level on quotes. Product library entries should have tax properties saved, and then I should be able to apply tax to only the line items that I want at the quote/deal level.

I would like to be able to create coupon codes. Then, I could create a single payment link - send that payment link to anyone, and they could receive a discount using a coupon code. To accomplish the same thing now, I either need to create a separate discounted payment link, or create and send a "quote" that they will use to pay. With a coupon code, I they could pay with a discount directly from the landing page/sales page.

There should be a check box or something that would allow you to make an included line item optional. The system would immediately recognize this, perhaps highlight the line item in different color, and then add small verbiage that says something along the lines of "Optional Line Item - not included in total price" or just "Optional". Additionally, it should mark the line item cost/price as zero so that it's not included in the total price of the quote. This I believe is better than simply adding a line item and then setting the quantity to zero. It may confuse the customer.

Hoping for a way to set sell price tiers automatically within our product library (based on company info). Currently, we have to manually discount each product line for each quote. Our customers are set up with sell price tiers (direct, reseller, partner etc), and it's up to the salesperson to remember their exact tier & discount per cent on each item when quoting which causes issues on the back end if it isn't consistent... Seems like an obvious feature update!

We have a requirement to archive products that have become defunct. Deleting them would impact historic dealfow reporting and is not a practical solution, so archiving products within the 'products & quotes' would be useful so that they don't display when someone is searching for a live product. We have created an 'Archive' folder within products & quotes but the items within that folder are visible in search, meaning some team members often - unwittingly - select an archived product item. We believe this would be a useful feature for other companies too.

Playbooks can be connected to deals, but connecting to products associated with deals is missing! Please consider adding this

Currrently the HubSpot product library line items do not automatically convert their price when a new Default currency is set in the HubSpot Defaults settings. We have to manually calculate and add the currency conversions when a line item is added. The we have to recalculate all of the product book line items when the currency exchange rates change. Thid is a huge time drain. It would be good to have the option to have the product book line items with multicurrency pricing automatically update when the account defaults for the Currency conversion rates are updated. This would save a lot of time and ensure line item pricing is current and matches the defaults we are setting under the Account Defaults.
