Right now it is only possible to add 1 percentage of tax to the whole quote. We work with products that have 0%, 6% and 15% taxes. I can't just add 15% tax to one item and 6% to the other if they are in the same in quote.   The only way possible now are these very non-optimal work-arounds: 1: I must add a new line item for every product in we have for example named 'tax line item A' with the percentage of tax that line item A has. Than i could add that to the quote aswell.   2: I have to send multiple quotes for line items with different taxes.   Both options are definitly not optimal and i would really like to see it getting fixed. When registering a product, you can link that parent product with a child product. This way you will be able to restrict the commercial team from selling products with accessories that are not part of the main product.   Example: My product A and B can be purchased in the following versions: Product A + Accessory 1 + Accessory 2 Product B + Accessory 3+ Accessory 4 In this scenario, product A cannot be sold with Accessories from B, and vice versa ... For some standard issue quote templates, it would save our teams time if we are able to build a quote from a workflow.  All of the field properties will be present on the quote template that are auto-populated and the line items selected ahead of time.  Once the deal meets a stage in the deal pipeline, the quote will be auto-created and initiate the review process for approval.  ... Hi, In deals and especially during the quote creation step: Review Line Items, I hope there will be a feature to add a column(quote creation step) and section (deals) where we can see the total cost of each line item x its quantity. Then in the summary, we should have an overall total cost of line items and overall profit margin. The cost and margin, of course, will not appear in the quote but for the sake of our sales rep understanding the costs and margin of their quotes and our sales report, I think it is a very useful UX.  ... When we submit quotes for approval in Hubspot it updates the deal amount automatically.  I am aware of the option to update the amount field to manual but we do prefer to keep it automated for most use cases.  We would like an option (like in the line items) that provides you a choice to update the amount or keep your current amount. Currently it is only possible to convert deals without recurring line items to invoices. Having this functionality would reduce the duplicate effort of creating a quote and then creating an invoice in HubSpot for any business with recurring line items. ... Mehr anzeigen

Hello, I was looking into adding a product image to the payment link. I was unable to add a file property to the payment link and was informed a work around would be to add the image in the checkout box. However, that may cause confusion if the payment link has multiple items and the customer only wants to purchase one or a few of the items. Hello HubSpot Community and Developers,   I've noticed a limitation in the CRM: the inability to add custom columns to the products table in the company records' overview tab. My goal with this feature is to display custom fields information from products in the product history table at companies. This would allow for a more detailed and immediate overview of important product information without the need for additional navigation.   Given the Product History table is in beta, I understand there are limitations. However, the ability to customize this table by adding specific fields relevant to our business operations would significantly improve usability and efficiency.   I suggest considering the inclusion of a feature that allows users to add custom columns to the Product History table. This adjustment would be beneficial for users needing quick access to detailed product information directly from the company records overview.   I look forward to hearing the community's and the development team's thoughts on this suggestion.    ...
