Our tax authority mandates that when goods are supplied at a 0% VAT rate—such as when we export goods abroad or store them in a customs warehouse—we must not charge VAT but are required to note a 0% VAT rate on our quotes and invoices. This practice is crucial for compliance with our local tax regulations. Unfortunately, we have discovered that HubSpot's current system does not accept a 0% tax rate, which poses a challenge for us in adhering to these regulations. We have been unable to find a workaround or setting within HubSpot that allows us to include a 0% tax rate on our price quotes and invoices. It's already ok when we can use 0 but are only allowed by the system to use >0 fort example 0,01 Given the importance of this feature for our operations and compliance (and also for other companies), I am reaching out to see if there is a possible solution or workaround that we may have overlooked. Alternatively, we would greatly appreciate any guidance on how we might work together to incorporate this capability into HubSpot's platform.
