So if you have a group of products that typically is sold together but could also be separate, the group would add in all of products in at once. Right now, the products feature only supports 1) the product name, 2) the product quantity, 3) the product cost, and 4) recurring or fixed price.   It would be incredible if I could associate custom fields with products. As a salesperson, I need to be able to track when a quote is viewed, and clicked on so that I can more astutely engage with the customer who the opportunity is with.   Putting on my product manager hat, I would suggest that HubSpot Sales users are able to not only see views and link clicking, but that you would also enable deeper analytics like those found in Hotjar...i.e. heatmapping & Session recording while the customer guest is viewing the web-hosted quote. ... Our Pricing is per month and we charge a one time setup. Invoice happens once per year (See screenshot) The total amount as mentioned on the quote is quite confusing for customers. My suggestion would be to make it an option to hide the total amount in quotes. I am aware that a suggestion for a fix has already been done in this thread but since that covers more topics I would like to isolate this RFC here. We've started using Quotes (it is very good) but one thing that frustrates is that if the customer requests one small change to a quote before signing you have to redo the whole quote.   We'd like to suggest: - Ability to clone a quote to a new quote draft - Draft opens at beginnig of workflow but with all fields fillled in as per previous version. - Version codes could even be automated.   We understand why the original quote can't be edited, but a clone function would help alleviatea fairly thankless repetitive task, which is, after all, what Hubspot is all about! ... Our Shopify integration currently creates product listings in the Product Library. However, Shopify products cannot be added to deals created in HubSpot that are not syncing to Shopify. Only deals that were created by the Shopify integration can be associated with Shopify products. This applies to products synced over from other ecommerce integrations as well.   If you see value in being able to do this, please upvote and comment below with details on the use case you have for doing this in addition to the Shopify orders sync! ... As someone who often has to create quotes for other team members, I would find it very helpful to be able to easily switch the "Your Info" contact info in a quote.   Currently, the quote creator is the default contact for the quote. If I need to change it to someone else (I typically need to change it from myself to the deal owner), I have to manually edit each name, email and phone number field. It would save me a lot of time if I could search and select another team member's contact rather than looking up this info and typing it in myself. ... Mehr anzeigen

With the way the quote tool currently works, we have a total price column that will show the cost per the recurring interval of time. For example, if the product is a recurring monthly payment, it will show "$ price / month," rather than the total price for the complete term of the quote.   Customers would appreciate a way to toggle between this view, and simply showing the total price. The inability to change this could lead to confusion with customers, and having the ability to show the total price under the total price column would help out customers out. ... Mehr anzeigen
