Our Pricing is per month and we charge a one time setup. Invoice happens once per year (See screenshot) The total amount as mentioned on the quote is quite confusing for customers. My suggestion would be to make it an option to hide the total amount in quotes. I am aware that a suggestion for a fix has already been done in this thread but since that covers more topics I would like to isolate this RFC here. Our Shopify integration currently creates product listings in the Product Library. However, Shopify products cannot be added to deals created in HubSpot that are not syncing to Shopify. Only deals that were created by the Shopify integration can be associated with Shopify products. We are new to hubspot and we are setting up the system and we need to be able to setup tiered pricing on products based on the quantity ordered.  This is FUNDAMENTAL to our sales process and what EVERY system I have worked in has allowed for.  I have been involved in system development in my career in the past and this feature would be easy to add and make your product MUCH MORE robust.  If I can't do this then hubspot is not working to streamline and improve my business, our quoting process would still have to be done manually.   I am willing to work with your team on how to set it up and do the testing and debugging with you if you can take this project on and make it happen for us.  We are in the intial 90 day trial period and can't move forward without it.  ...read more

We've started using Quotes (it is very good) but one thing that frustrates is that if the customer requests one small change to a quote before signing you have to redo the whole quote.   We'd like to suggest: - Ability to clone a quote to a new quote draft - Draft opens at beginnig of workflow but with all fields fillled in as per previous version. - Version codes could even be automated.   We understand why the original quote can't be edited, but a clone function would help alleviatea fairly thankless repetitive task, which is, after all, what Hubspot is all about! ...read more

It would be great if there was a way to create a Product Group that consists of multiple other products. So if you have a group of products that typically is sold together but could also be separate, the group would add in all of products in at once. It just speeds up the process of adding products to a deal since you don't have to add them all in one at a time and ensure that a product isn't missed. ...read more

As a salesperson, I need to be able to track when a quote is viewed, and clicked on so that I can more astutely engage with the customer who the opportunity is with.   Putting on my product manager hat, I would suggest that HubSpot Sales users are able to not only see views and link clicking, but that you would also enable deeper analytics like those found in Hotjar...i.e. heatmapping & Session recording while the customer guest is viewing the web-hosted quote. ...read more

With the new folder tool, we are able organise Products into our Product Library. However, this would be much better if we are able to import Product directly into the folders.    Typically, when using a Product import, we are importing a long list of Products and it is time consuming to have to move each individual Product into a folder after import.  ...read more
