We only want the deal amounts to be our software licenses and not include the hardware amount. Right now when you create a quote it automatically updates the deal amount. Sales reps have to manually update the deal amount. This causes issues with our forecast.  ... Afficher plus

We upgraded to Sales Pro so that we could gain access to the product library feature. But now that we have access we really need a way to either of the following:   1. Disable the product library from the end of the list of properties when creating a new deal. Because price is required we cannot use this feature. We sell the same products in multiple currencies around the world and they carry different pricing based on the region. By requiring a single price but only supporting the single account wide defined currency (which is a big problem in and of itself) it makes the tool unusable and then adds confusion as our users have a product dropdown they can't use when putting in a deal. For now, we are creating a manually populated product multichoice dropdown so we really need to hide the Product Library version that we can't use.   2. Improve the Product Library to support multiple currencies and prices per product. If this is not possible please make the price field not required and just fill with a N/A value when a price is not set. We would like a way to send quotes to our customers without an included headshot from the person sending the quote. Currently there is not an easy way to do so unless we change our portal profile picture.    Only the basic quote template removes headshots from quotes, but the basic also removes product descriptions. It would be nice if the modern template allowed you to remove the headshot of the sales team. ... Afficher plus

It would be nice to use the Products Module. However, our products are insurance policies and each product is priced differently for each client.  It would be nice to be able to set a custom price on each product for each client based on their particular sale. ... Afficher plus

Yay for having a products feature, but a big BOO to making this only for SalesPro users -- especially for product creation. It's not our sales people that create products and assign pricing -- it's our admins! They don't need the SalesPro features, but they really need the product information. We also would love to have more product features so we can track things like contract (product) expiration and renewal dates. ... Afficher plus

Please add the ability to migrate products that are added to an active deal into the general product library. There are many times that we need to create new product lines for a specific deal and there is currently no way to add these to the general library. It would be very convenient to have an "add to library" button we can click when we create a product within a deal.    Thank you ... Afficher plus

Hi guys, Of course product updates and improvements are always welcome, but aesthetics are often opinion-based. Today you updated the QUOTE template, but instead of Adding a new template, you Deleted and replaced the one I liked.  Some might say they "changed" it but let's be real, the old template is gone and this is a new one. Currently.... When creating a draft, there's a chance that you'll type it all up nice and neat, click create, and then receive a Red Error Box that says something didn't work or whatever, and basically you have nothing but wasted time. Instead, Hubspot should be saving our quotes as drafts every time we click to go to the next page. It's such a huge waste of time when Hubspot deletes all the work I just did. The work-around is to save the draft manually and re-open it, but that's even more tedious. Please, have quotes save automatically as drafts, everytime you click "save" or move to a new page of the quote process. Thanks!! ... Afficher plus
