It would be great to have the ability to create private tasks/projects that no-one on the Team is able to see. I am using HubSpot for all of my to-do lists and some of them I personally wouldn't want shared with the Team. It may only apply to the person I am assigning it to. The biggest pain point I have with sequences is that when you are going to enroll someone in a sequence, the time each email goes out and when tasks are created iare inherited from the current time of day. If it is 10:04am, all of the emails/tasks default to that time.   Example:       As it is important that emails go out at better open rate times, it would be great if when creating the sequence, that you can set default times for emails to go out. Currently I have to waste a lot of time setting each one manually.   As an example, a sequence of 5 emails might be set upon creating the sequence to go out at 8am, 1:50am, 4pm, 8am, 8am, and I would be able to set that when creating the sequence. In the instance where I am starting a sequence at 10am and the first email default is 8am, it would ignore the default as it is a time in the past, or it could set that sequence to begin the following day at 8am. Or you could simply have a pop up prompt that asks if the user wants to send it now or the following day.     ...read more

It would be super helpful to have the Company properties carry over to the Deal when it comes to filtering an reporting. For example, if we're running a campaign and I have a property for leads (in the Company status), once those become Deals, there is no way to track that property any longer, outside of exporting mutliple views to Excel and using vlookups.   Please consider adding this to the expanding functionality of the CRM!   Thanks! ...read more

We've been using Sprout social for social media publishing prior to becoming a hubspot partner and have found the reports feature within hubspot is lacking in comparison. Can we suggest that you provide an exportable dashboard/document that breaks down impressions, engagements and clicks as a per post format AND as an overall number or percentage for a specified date range. I've found the reportable information limited in detail/not as comprehensive. Because of this we continue to waste money on our Sprout social account simply for the reporting features.  ...read more

As a sales manager, it is critical to be able to filter out and measure only those activities that are done by a salesperson (HubSpot Owner).     Presently, this can only be done by inspecting each individual contact and selecting the Filter Timeline option to remove the Marketing, Global and Integrations - leaving just activities initiated by the Sales person.  This is impractical for measuring a salesperson's activities across his client base.   Within Contacts main view and within Lists, after selecting HubSpot Owner to filter accounts for a specific salesperson we need the capability to do additional filters to show activities that are only done by that salesperson (or other HubSpot owner selected).     Common critical measurements required with the ability to use Date filters to look at specific periods: - Number of Emails Sent by a Salesperson to a Contact/Company - Date of Last Email Sent by a Salesperson to a Contact/Company - Number of Meetings a Salesperson had with a Contact/Company - Date of Last Meeting a Salesperson had with a Contact/Company - Number of Calls a Salesperson had with a Contact/Company - Date of Last Call a Salesperson had with a Contact/Company - Number of Deals a Salesperson had with a Contact/Company - Date of Last Deal a Salesperson had with a Contact/Company   We need the ability to see if a salesperson is actively working their accounts.  Presently, reporting on Activities or Contacts with a client does not tell if the activity or contact was done by the salesperson or done by marketing (or another person that is not the HubSpot Owner on the account).   Sales people also need this ability to ensure they are not leaving their accounts untouched.  Having the correct filtering abilities will help sales representatives to quickly identify where they are doing well investing in accounts and where they need to invest more time. ...read more

It would be helpful to have a way of exporting what was the last email they received, what email they unsubscribed from, and a reason as to why they unsubscribed.    It would be benefical for us to get to know our leads better and helps with segmentation of similar leads that are still subscribed.  ...read more

Hi ! We are setting up our internal team management with Hubspot and looking into using Tasks. We find great the Tasks functionality in Sales as well as Projects in Marketing. It's a pity they do not communicate.  I understand that currently Project Tasks on the Marketing Platform and Tasks on the Sales Platform are two separate functionalities designed for different purposes. As I understand Project Tasks were designed to organize internal processes for the team such as creating and maintaining a Campaign, or content creation. They are separate from Tasks on the Sales Platform, which were designed to keep track of communication between users and individual contacts throughout the Sales process. In reality things are not so easily distinct and it's a pity they are not integrated. It would really help to be able to add Project Tasks into my general Tasks backlog. In essence, they are quite similar and it would help me to manage team work globally. I imagine using Projects to plan campaigns or other actions and then detail it into specific tasks added into Sales Tasks, the latter being the reference for Tasks management. We would love to share the HubSpot Productivity Calendar with our internal staff, which uses G Suite's Google Calendar.
