Hi, We love to use playbooks in our sales team. Currently we use it also for prepping to a sales meeting and bring some data fields from company (Like turnover, employee count and industry). Now with Breeze in place, it would be epic to automate preparation even better. What if Breeze would give summary about the company and person you are about to meet inside of playbook. Then it would automate the whole preparation process and then systematically would save content inside playbook.

With HS there are a lot of new terms and abbreviations. It woud be awsome if there was a 'i' symnbol next to the work which you could click on for a discription/explanation. It would also make it quicker when training new people to use HS. We'd need to make sure the super admin can type the explanation in.

The goal is to pull all the answers to question 1 together, and pull all answers to question 2 together, and so on... in a table format. The value is bringing about insights and trends in an easy to view format. When marketing and sales are asked to give product feedback to R&D, a playbook is a great way to capture those answers, however, how can i pull all the answers together? I can't in hubspot. the current solution is to download each playbook. this is not realistic in today's data-driven society.

Since meetings can be created from the left side of the Contact/Company page, it would be nice to have an option to limit the logging of playbooks to existing meetings only, so as to prevent the creation of duplicate meetings. Adding a Schedule meeting button and using playbooks without logging almost works, but since the Meeting button on the left side of the company record cant be removed, there is possibility for scheduling the meeting in the wrong place. Then, a playbook isnt automatically logged to that meeting.

It's not useful to have "Notes:" and then line breaks after every question in the logged activity for filling out a playbook. It makes the logged activity much longer than needed and makes it more difficult to navigate. The question itself is a sufficient header before the answer. It's cumbersome to delete all of this manually if you want to have a logged playbook entry that is concise and readable.

Playbooks - can they be set to re-set with no information in the questions after you use them once. For example we have a "quarterly call", when I use the playbook and fill it in and save it, then in the next call for that customer I want to do antoher playbook so I go back and open it for that next call and it has the answers to the questions I got from the last customer call I did.

Currently my team uses many playbooks for multiple different ticket processes - although we can use playbooks in the helpdesk once logged we no longer see it in the helpdesk thread (does live on the ticket). Ideally we would want to see all activity associated with a ticket in the helpdesk thread including playbooks.

Here are my ideas to add to the playbook section in HubSpot 1. Create a way to have parent and child questions or main questions and a sub question directly attached to the main question. -----EXAMPLE------ 1. Number of requested documents (response would be an open text to enter that number) 1.1 Comments (response would have an open text field for any comments related to question 1.) ----------------------- 2. The ability to attach a document as a response to a question.

It would be great if a user could start using a playbook without going into a CRM record first. Context Ideally (to us CRM guys), all sales calls would start with a sales rep immediately taking a customer's details and creating a contact record, before then proceeding with the rest of their script - This is just not the case... Sales reps will start their script by asking questions, getting to know the customer, taking notes, and finally confirming they're a good fit before creating a contact/deal record. Hubspot's playbooks are a great place to build that script, to log notes and information, etc - BUT they have to have created a CRM record in order to open a playbook... Idea Users should be able to open a playbook without opening a CRM record first The playbook should be able to have fields like email, phone number, name, etc that result in a contact record being completed upon completion of the playbook (if one does not already exist) If a call ends without resulting in a contact record being created, then the playbook should still be submitable and result in a call activity that is associated to no one Additional wishlist items while I'm here... A playbook should be able to have hidden questions with pre-populated property data - Just like a Hubspot form field. This would be super handy for automation and CRM administration. e.g. A French language playbook that sets the contact's language property as French upon completion.
