For reps using a playbook we'd like to ask them some decision tree questions. For instance, which of our competitors do you use[multi-select]? Then display different questions we'd like to know about the competitor such as "what is their price for x?" for that company.    In the current format we'd need to ask multiple questions to get that same info   Do you use competitor A, B or C? We can access templates for emails but cannot access anything in our playbooks. That makes no sense to me.  If I'm mobile and want to send something from playbook like an agreement after a call to customer, I have to go outside the HubSpot to email it from a file source on my phone or have someone email it to me that is on a computer desktop and can access playbook files.  ...read more

When a Hubspot user places an outbound call from Hubspot, it opens the call pane with the option to take notes, record, etc. Then separately, if a playbook is activated, a separate pane opens up and offers the ability to log a call.   As a result, if one wants to not just use the playbook but also dial from Hubspot, they end up with two call records: one with the recording, transcription, etc, and then the other one with the playbook answers.   Can this be better integrated so there's only one call record with everything? ...read more

Our marketing team would like to have the Playbook option. It would be great to have Playbooks available at least for viewing at the company level, not only for Sales Enterprise users. Yes, to create and edit/publish it could remain at the Enterprise level, but the rest of the company could at least have an option of viewing them at the company/contact/deal level. Also, it would be very very helpful to be able to export/download a playbook from Hubspot. So we could easily share it with our colleagues from other departments.   ...read more

Um manual pode ter propriedades de qualquer objeto  para serem atualizadas, porém você só consegue executar um manual dentro de um objeto e assim só é permitida a atualização das propriedades daquele objeto em si.   O ideal seria que ao executar um manual, ele exibisse as informações de qualquer outro objeto que esteja associado a ele nos campos de perguntas e respostas que inseriu e permitisse a atualização de qualquer um desses objetos.   No exemplo acima, acessei o manual por meio de um contato que tem um único negócio associado, porém não consigo atualizar o campo. Precisaria entrar no negócio e executar o manual lá.   Talvez se no manual nos desse a opção de escolher em quais empresa, negócio, contato ou tíquete queremos registrar as informações (assim com o é possivel escolher quando enviamos um e-mail ou atrelamos um orçamento a um negócio) seria o ideal.   Hoje nosso setor de pré-vendas usa o recurso de playbook no processo de qualificação de leads para que saibam exatamente quais informações devem alimentar em empresas, negócios e contatos em cada etapa do pipeline, porém da maneira com que é configurado hoje, eles precisam executar o manual 3 vezes, uma em cada objeto. ...read more

We are utilizing Playbooks to capture information pertinent at each stage in the Sales cycle.  For example a BDR answers qualification questions before they move the Deal to an AE.   The AE then has their own discovery questions.   We created one comprehensive playbook to hold all of these, so we could pin it to the Deal and update as answers came out in conversations.    Current limitations - when a BDR submits their answers to a playbook, it will only post the question & answer for questions they have filled in the response field for.     It doesn't show any of the unanswered questions when you click to edit.  The second workaround was to reopen the same playbook from the Deal, but it opens as blank.  Would love to be able to have a Playbook publish all questions, regardless if they have a response and/or pull in the previous responses to answered questions when you click on the playbook to open it again.  ...read more

Currently when a Playbook is selected, it pops up on half the middle screen. Some of our playbooks have multiple questions so our agents are scrolling to get to each question. It would be nice to have the option to expand the view either by dragging (similar to the notes section below) or double clicking in the blue for it to expand to the entire screen. ...read more

The styling on Playbooks makes Playbooks very hard to read and really messes with the usability of this tool. It would be great if you had more control over the fonts and font sizes, etc.   But at a minimum please make the size of the fonts relevant to the hierarchy of information so it is more readable and easier to use.   i.e. Current Experience 'Update {object} property ({property name)}' - is the largest text on the page 'Heading 3 'and the 'Question/Prompt' are the second largest text on the page 'Heading 4' is the third largest text on the page 'Paragraph' text is the smallest text on the page   It would be a lot easier to read and use if it was styled as per the following: 'Heading 3' should be the largest text on the page 'Heading 4' should be the second largest text on the page 'Question/Prompt' and 'Paragraph' text should be the same size 'Update {object property} (property name})' should be a grey tone and italicised    ...read more
