Hey!   Noticed a HUGE feature optimizations for playbooks when looking at an account that had multiple logs of the same playbook through association. (ie several deal playbooks rolled up to company) However each was for a different deal.    Main issue is that when a playbook is logged as a note, all you can see without expanding the activity is the name. This makes them look like identical notes with ZERO context until you expand.    It would be better if you could customize the playbook title/name using personalization tokens so it reads:    Closed Won Deal [DATE]  by [OWNER] with [Products] for $$$ Closed-Won Deal [DATE]  by [OWNER] with [Products] for $$$ Closed Won Deal [DATE]  by [OWNER] with [Products] for $$$   ...read more

Using playbooks in the lead stage is great (especially using BANT to qualify). When a deal is created based on setting the lead stage to Qualified, it would make total sense to copy the Playbook information gathered during the Lead phase to the deal. 📞 Playbooks should have the option to not log as a call, it should be able to be completed without associating it to an activity. ✨ Playbooks should have the option to be required between stages (deal stages, ticket statuses, and lifecycle stages) 🔁 Playbook questions should be able to copy to a property natively without having an enterprise hub. This feature is SO POWERFUL for SMB and Mid-Market sales teams but never gets used because the enterprise hub isn't worth the upgrade to them. 📚 Playbook completion should be targetable with workflows. Working with Chatbot and Support Chat, it does not appear there is a playbook reporting functionality. We recently implemented playbooks to help guide conversations and onboard new sales reps; however, now that they are implemented, it doesn't look like I can track when new ones are completed and what questions are being used most/least.    Please consider adding better reporting around this cool feature of HubSpot to allow users to improve their playbooks with data decisions!  ...read more
