Working with Chatbot and Support Chat, it does not appear there is a playbook reporting functionality. We recently implemented playbooks to help guide conversations and onboard new sales reps; however, now that they are implemented, it doesn't look like I can track when new ones are completed and what questions are being used most/least. Please consider adding better reporting around this cool feature of HubSpot to allow users to improve their playbooks with data decisions!
