We want our sales team to call specific contacts every month to do a 'health check' on the customer (ask questions to find out how the health of the account is doing), so we schedule recuring tasks. To get the right questions answered we have created a playbook for them to follow. However we want the playbook to apear in the scheduled task so they know that is what they are meant to do without needing to click out of the task then into the playbooks

Playbooks need to be able to be donwloadable or exportable from the contact or company's profile so that all of the notes and information is retained when extracted from HubSpot.

It would be great to have the functionality to create deals from playbooks. Meaning, a sales rep fills out a playbook collecting deal properties (so Sales Hub Enterprise level needed) although no deal currently exists and after filling out the playbook, the deal will be created automatically. Problem today is, no deal properties can be gathered with a playbook if there is no existing deal yet. This adds value in the sales process as reps have a more structured guideline in meetings/calls with prospects and do not have to jump back and forth between a deal object, contact object and playbook. So the goal is to use a playbook like an internal form. With the regular froms module, no deal properties can be collected.

🛑 Playbook data and completion activity should be available in HubSpot, here's why: 👾 Making playbook completion a required action for sales reps helps to establish and adhere to an agreed upon process 🤝 Completion of a playbook should trigger a deal to be created with all of the information collected pinned to the deal 📊 The ability to track how many playbooks are being completed in comparison to deals created (or closed) is a very valuable KPI for sales enablement

Hi Team, just wondering if we can get the functionality to re-sequence the questions in a Playbook? The scenario is that when we get to review our Playbooks, we have to re-type whole the thing (question/ answers) to match the new order. Furthermore, I am wondering how possible to get 'Create Task' functionality linked to Playbooks. For example, this will allow the sales team to create a task for a meeting while they are on the phone, filling a call log (in a call Playbook).

We have a couple of Playbooks that update properties on the Deal Record Level. Sometimes the reps complete and log the playbook on the company level but it does not auto-associate with the deal the properties were updated for. Unless it's manually associated it does not show up on the deal level, this causes the reps who are taking over the account to go back & forth between 2 records to look for playbook notes which is not efficient. It'd really help if the Playbook note could auto associate with the deal it's updating the properties for

Hello HubSpot, I was surprised today to find that the new Leads and its stages are not available on the Playbooks. ⬇️ The two custom objects have been removed from the screenshot. 💡 Link Lead Status with lead stage by workflow. Lead Status is available in Playbooks.

The styling on Playbooks makes Playbooks very hard to read and really messes with the usability of this tool. It would be great if you had more control over the fonts and font sizes, etc. But at a minimum please make the size of the fonts relevant to the hierarchy of information so it is more readable and easier to use. i.e. Current Experience 'Update {object} property ({property name)}' - is the largest text on the page 'Heading 3 'and the 'Question/Prompt' are the second largest text on the page 'Heading 4' is the third largest text on the page 'Paragraph' text is the smallest text on the page It would be a lot easier to read and use if it was styled as per the following: 'Heading 3' should be the largest text on the page 'Heading 4' should be the second largest text on the page 'Question/Prompt' and 'Paragraph' text should be the same size 'Update {object property} (property name})' should be a grey tone and italicised

Playbook reccomendations feel like spaghetti against the wall. I'd like to have the ability to filter what playbooks show for certain object types. For instance-- It's great that we have the ability to reccomend playbooks. But the frequently used playbooks also show at the worng times. Supression filters would be handy.

ZoomGov or Zoom for Government is a more secure version of Zoom for companies who work with Government agencies. However, the user interfaces are exactly the same. We use ZoomGov for Sales meetings, customer meetings and marketing events like webinars. Because the login url is different than standard zoom, We are unable to login in order to install the Zoom integration. Here are two screenshots: HubSpot's Zoom login page ZoomGov's login Page On the left, is the login page HubSpot sends me to when I click the "Install App" button on the Zoom integration page in the app marketplace. Notice, the URL bar at the top of the window is locked and can't be edited. On the right, is the login page that ZoomGov uses. The suffix to the company domain is .zoomgov.com instead of .zoom.us It seems that the easy fix to this problem would be simply to allow a person to choose which zoom they have and serve the correct url for the login page. All of our other systems integrate with ZoomGov with no problem. Lack of support for our Zoom instance is preventing the sales team from migrating from Outreach to Sales Hub.
