In Hubspot payment links, if a client purchases subscriptions that have different term lengths on them, they get charged separately for each subscription with a different term length (even though they paid through 1 payment link). This is not only annoying for our clients who get hit with 2 different charges every month, but it is also very frustrating for our billing/finance team, when it comes to payout reconciliation. Implementing a feature to consolidate payments on payment links that have multiple subscriptions with different term lengths not only improves the checkout experience for our clients, but also makes reporting much easier for our accounting team. I would like to turn off online payments by default in my invoices because they are paid by bank transfers, so no link is needed in the invoices and it just leads to confusion for my customers. I can turn this off manually in the invoice before sending it, but the default setting to do this is forcing me to choose a payment method. See the attached images for the default setting that could be used, but won't save unless a payment method is selected, and for the images showing the option being turned off manually in each invoice, each time I want to send one. When creating a payment link, there is the ability to add custom dates for the subscription start date. However, there is not the ability to populate the subscription start date with the contents of a hubspot contacts date field.   We process applicants in advance of their contractual start date, sometimes a year in advance, and we do not start their subscription until they start their contract - Its a different day for everyone, so we need the ability to start a subscription on a date that is known in a field in the associated contact.   They would be applying through a membership page in Hubspot CMS, so there wouldnt be a problem in them clicking a payment link and hubspot pulling through this field, as they are logged in and we know who it is.   ...read more

Some of our customers prefer to pay via bank transfer, which is not compatible with the current system. I have been reading support articles from 2020 to 2023 about adding a Tax functionality to Hubspot Payments. I am specifically looking at Payment Links. While you can manually add a fees and taxes as individual line items, there is no help in calculation, manual or automatic.    For small startups and SMBs this would be an immense value add and increase overall Hubspot engagement and usage.  ...read more

The standard invoice template is very limiting, and it can be frustrating to have no control over how it looks, what's included (or not included), and etc.  For example, traditionally we have our mailing address as well as a contact email and contact phone number at the top of our invoices.  The invoicing tool doesn't allow for this at all.   The quote tool allows for custom templates, and extending quote template customization to the invoice tool seems like a logical next step that would solve some other problems I've also seen among customers on these forums.  ...read more

It would be fantastic to automatically generate invoices in HubSpot whether it be via API or in the workflow.   It would help take out the manual work from having to do this one at a time for companies that generate dozens of invoices at a time. We can already do it with quotes. ...read more

Currently AUD is not supported through stripe payments in the payment links in Hubspot. The Australian market is in demand for such service and this would make it affordable for small businesses to collect payments in AUD instead of USD and then pay exchange rates ...read more
