Hi there, our customers are frequently asking to split payments as the shopping card value is quite high. We would like to do that using hubspot quotes with stripe. Currently we have to run this outside hubspot as it is only available using the native stripe payment link. Allowing for the ability to delay when a payment is initiated on a signed quote would be a big benefit. My partner and I are trying to use HS payments instead of signing and then setting up in Bill.com.    However, to get customers we sometimes need to delay kickoff and the payments will always immediately trigger a pull from the bank which isn't always ideal for our customers.    Thanks for the consideration!   Jake ...read more

Sometimes you test out a product and it just doesn't work, so rather than go through with it, you decide to cut your loses and sell your expensive leads something else that is more proven. But how do you refund these people their money on Hubspot currently? One. By. One.  This proves to be quite the tedious task when you've sold 100+ of a product (we were shooting for closer to 400 with the ad budget).  I propose that the Hubspot team develops a feature to issue bulk refunds for a product, payment, payment link or deal. Any of the above. This is in line with their goals of bringing more payments onto Hubspot (adding invoices, subscriptions, etc.).  1. This would help customer service teams or product managers or anyone needing to issue refunds in bulk.  2. The goal is to eliminate as many tedious tasks as possible, right? 3.
