Hello   We use Hubspot payment option to collect payment for our training offerings. At times, we have to issue refund and the only options currently available for us to choose from a re customer request, duplicate, or fraud. However, on most occasions, the reason we have to issue the refund is because  we did not have the minimum enrollment needed to run the class and so we cancel the class and issue the refund to those who had registered. Is it possible to add more options than the ones available?  In this specific case something like class cancelled.   Thanks Geetika  ...read more

Right now every quote expires and it doesn't look like you can set the quote to not expire. We need to have a setting that allows us to keep quotes active assuming the deal has been set to 'won' or got paid through cc. ...read more

Hi It would be great if the shown currency in the Quote will be written differently. Now Danish Kroner is written as Kr. but the issue is that Sweden and Noway also have kroner and when our offer is in Danish Kroner the customers from Sweden and Norway think that it is in their currency. We have the same proplem with dollars. We sell in US Dollars only but in HubSpot is is written $ sign but Autralia and Canada also have dollars but Canadian and Australian. Please allow the ability to connect with known tax systems such as Avalara, that will automatically calculate state-based tax for Hubspot Payments. Without an automated way to calculate tax, the Hubspot Payments tool can't be used.  ...read more

Hi team! Posting this after having a customer reach out about their flow and Payments properties.   I think it would be a great addition to the tool if we could create and manage custom properties. Currently, as mentioned here,  these properties cannot be managed or edited in our  property settings .   In reviewing the payments and subscriptions objects, neither of them appear to have a Name field that we can put into the internal alert email in a workflow, for example, while using the tokens. For example, the property/token  Customer is just the email field. In my client's case, ideally, they'd like to have the name on the payment (many of their users pay with multiple emails and this may create confusion). Thank you!   ...read more

Currently, the only record for a payment inserted in deals reads:  Training Deposit via Payment Link That is not helpful for understanding who made the payment. We need more information about the client imediately available. Currently, we have to do a manual search in contact records to identify who made the payment.  ...read more
