Wir würden gerne das neue Abbonement Feature verwenden. Leider ist es nicht möglich, Startdaten in der Vergangenheit / (Startdatum Abrechnung) anzulegen. Das macht uns eine Umstellung von unserem jetzigen Prozess auf den neuen natürlich nicht möglich - da wir 12 Monate lang zwei Prozesse parallel laufen lassen müssten, bis auch das letzte Abo beim neuen Datum angekommen ist.    Ich hoffe, dass es sich hier um eine Sache handelt, die schnell zu beheben wäre? Currently, discount codes only go up to 99%.  When a client wants to be invoiced but we still need them to complete the registration process, a 100% discount code is needed.  This seems like an easy thing to fix. ... Afficher plus

Hey Hubspot team, Really love what you've done so far with Commerce Hub and great job with your constant useful releases! I'm a Growth Ops Manager who is one step away from being able to completely automate our billing process with your platform. There's just one piece missing. The ability to convert a deal into a subscription automatically with a workflow. We would combine this with what we already have which is a form to collect and mark the billing contact, then convert the deals to subscriptions, and then we have your new invoice reminders feature to ensure that those get paid. Please build the feature to set up a subscription with a workflow and have the ability to set payment terms/copy the start date from a deal property within the same workflow and then we can fully automate billing. Also by the way you really should allow creation of subscriptions before the current date (IE backdating their terms) because the cutoff being 5pm the same day we close deals is pretty hard to work with. ... (1) It would enhance the user experience if we could include a picture representing the product or service on the payment link page. I recently found out that when syncing data, particularly invoices, payments, or subscriptions from Stripe, they do not get recorded as such in HubSpot.   It gets recorded and tied to the contact but I can't track how much revenue we've made within HubSpot because it's only recorded as a paid invoice rather than a payment or subscription.    I would also think that an open invoice would be converted or auto populate a deal that is tied to the contact or company.    Does anybody have suggestions for a work around or encouragement on using HubSpot solely for all payment processing? I'd still like all historical payment data to show up in HubSpot so i don't have to reference Stripe to see how much in revenue we've actually done. ... Afficher plus

Currently, invoices must have contacts in order to be created however there are instances where contacts aren't available and we'd like them to solely be sent to the company.   Having such a feature will be very helpful especially in places where contacts aren't added to invoices ... Afficher plus

We are currently rolling out a consumer model to one of our locations so having to manually add a line for tax is not that cumbersome.  We do plan to roll out to additional areas and removing the human error from any of our locations across the US where taxes are concerned would be a god send.   ...
