We love how HubSpot will auto create Recurring Invoices by way of "Subscriptions" and then send them right over to Quickbooks.  The problem is, a lot of our clients want those invoices emailed to more than one person.  Currently HubSpot only allows us to put one email recipient in for the automatic emailing of the recurring invoices.  This means every month I have to set a reminder to go into Quickbooks and manually email those invoices out to the other recipients at each client.  As we grow this is going to become a bigger and bigger task.  Please create the functionality to have more than 1 contact as a recipient for recurring invoice emails.     ...read more

Background: The legacy Stripe integration was retired in the recent days and replaced by a new instance of the integration.  When payments were recorded in the past, the transaction included the details of the quote that was paid in the metadata.  That information was quite useful for the operations team to quickly traceback the paid quotes.   Issue:  With the new integration, the information about the quote got lost and only not very helpful internal transaction data is recorded.   Request: Please bring back the quote information to the Stripe transaction metadata   Transaction before (Legacy)   Transaction Now (New Integration)   ...read more

This guide shows how to test a payment link: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/payment-links/test-payment-links  HOWEVER, this just gives you a stand-alone test link. That is minimally helpful as we should be able to test a payment in the environment it's actually used.   For example, there is a payment field type that is an option for custom modules. I want to test payments through the module and see the process through as a user would see it... and then be able to make any necessary adjustments as needed.   The easiest fix would be to add the option to put the entire payment account into test mode, or even select payment links. In Germany, there is a need to send invoices in an electronic / digital format as an XML File from 1st of January , 2025. This means not only sending a PDF but a special coded / formatted XML file which contains all information of the invoice to process this automatically.   The name is Zugferd, and it stands for a German acronym. The German law is based on an EU-directive (in France there is a similar law/system).   Although there is a transition period next year for smaller companies, bigger companies have to fulfill the new law.   HubSpot should support sending invoices as XML too. ...read more

The standard invoice template is very limiting, and it can be frustrating to have no control over how it looks, what's included (or not included), and etc.  For example, traditionally we have our mailing address as well as a contact email and contact phone number at the top of our invoices.  The invoicing tool doesn't allow for this at all.   The quote tool allows for custom templates, and extending quote template customization to the invoice tool seems like a logical next step that would solve some other problems I've also seen among customers on these forums.  ...read more

When creating a subscription invoice, I don't have the option enter a customer Purchase Order number. A PO number is essential for any B2B customer. We can add them to one-time invoices as expected but can’t add them to subscription invoices. This is inconsistent function of the software and outcomes. In most cases the customers that we are sending subscription invoices to, is in response to a purchase order they have issued us. It would be fantastic to automatically generate invoices in HubSpot whether it be via API or in the workflow.   It would help take out the manual work from having to do this one at a time for companies that generate dozens of invoices at a time. We can already do it with quotes. ...read more

At this time, carts and orders are only available when you have an ecommerce integration like Netsuite or Shopify, although the API appears to be generally available.   Would it be possible to make orders available in the HubSpot portal (and make it possible to associate them to other objects/records) as well?
