Currently, once an invoice is marked as “Paid,” there’s no way to change its status—even if the payment was added manually or the invoice was issued in error. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in managing invoice statuses in HubSpot, especially when corrections are needed. Correct invoice statuses when necessary (e.g., changing “Paid” to “Voided” or “Draft”) Use admin permissions or approvals to make such changes securely

At this time, carts and orders are only available when you have an ecommerce integration like Netsuite or Shopify, although the API appears to be generally available. Would it be possible to make orders available in the HubSpot portal (and make it possible to associate them to other objects/records) as well? This would be such a great feature for all HubSpot customers with an ERP/ecommerce integration.

I would like the ability to customise the HubL behind an invoice template in the same way as we can already customise a Quote template. Customers in our region are required to have a payment slip at the bottom of the invoice, which includes a QR code. Whilst this might be something only limited to a small number of users, this would be something that we can easily add ourselves if we had full access to the HTML code as in the case of Quotes.

HubSpot's system is not able to change a Paid status invoice back to Open status invoice. There are times when you click things too quickly or maybe the check bounced and it needs to get re-opened. I can't believe HubSpot would not adjust common errors like this. If you are worried about invoices being arbitrarily changed, maybe enter a password to accept the change like some programs offer.

There needs to be an option for credit card payment fees to be passed onto the customer. We would like to offer credit card payments as a option but want to be able to notify the customer that if they use a cc then there is a fee attached. And the fee needs to be automated as part of the payment.

When forms are submitted, because the payments section and form itself are on separate pages, my client is able to submit a form without completing the payment section. The form then reaches its designated inbox, without payment being made, and shows "Open" in yellow under the payments section. If a form has a payment, it should not be able to be bypassed without the payment being submitted. If a payment is not received the form should never even reach the inbox. Please edit this so that a form with payments can NOT be submitted without the payment portion being completed.

I want to be able to create an Association Table for Invoices. Seeing them in a small card on the side is limiting as I can't see all the information I want to see. I would like to be able to navigate to a company or custom object record and see all their invoice history in one place without additional clicks.

In Germany, there is a need to send invoices in an electronic / digital format as an XML File from 1st of January , 2025. This means not only sending a PDF but a special coded / formatted XML file which contains all information of the invoice to process this automatically. The name is Zugferd, and it stands for a German acronym. The German law is based on an EU-directive (in France there is a similar law/system). Although there is a transition period next year for smaller companies, bigger companies have to fulfill the new law. HubSpot should support sending invoices as XML too.

Hi. We created and use Payment Links to allow our customers to choose from our products and pay for them via HubSpot Commerce Hub. However, there is no ability to automatically collect sales tax from our customers as they pay. Our clients can be from anywhere in the US, so it is far too difficult to manually create tax regions for all of the possible tax zones. In short, here's what we need... A customer goes to our website and chooses which product to purchase by clicking a link, and they get forwarded to the HubSpot Payment Portal for the appropriate Payment Link. The put in their CC/ACH information, and we collect their billing information. <here's the need> Based on their zipcode, we need HubSpot Payments to automatically calculate the applicable sales tax and add it to their order. The customer pays, and they now own our product. Step 3 above seems very simple, and I think Stripe (behind HubSpot Payments) already supports this. We just need this exposed in HubSpot so we can leverage it.
