 I'd like to use your video module training format used in the HubSpot Academy for my own contet and to onboard new partners, and educate existing partners on our brand/product guidelines. It would be great to assign and measure learning for new companies and contacts in hubpsot. Maybe even integration with the deal pipe stages, where in some cases, as the deal is progressed, it promps a email with tokens, and snippets linking to videos on "what's next" what to expect for the lead.  ...read more

As a Solar company, we enter information into multiple systems. With HubSpot, we have taken a lot of the data entry away but if we could link with one of the many solar design/presentation tools out there, such as Solargraf and Opensolar, it would make Hubspot the go-to CRM for solar companies nationwide. ...read more

Greetings,  New to the community, but coming in hot.   Has anyone else had a "real life" multi-step workflow, work for them utilizing SMS/text messaging?   I've explored Zhipwhip, Kixie. and SMS Zap.   I'm "attempting" to implement a workflow with 3 custom enrollment triggers: service rendered, service date, customer type.   Action - send smszap text if/then branch based on response = assign a task or send follow up text   Workflow goal: SMS response/ outcome   This seems fairly basic, I've researched online extensively. The online resources are barely surface level and I am starting to see why.    I am unable to execute the above workflow - which consists of basic functions - with which Hubspot and their integration partners market as being able to execute.   I've spoken w several impressive Hubspot employees - and I keep getting promised to be escalated to the "Customer Success Team." I am starting to think the customer success team does not exist.   Any guidance is much appreciated.    Feel free to reach out with questions. I am well versed in the aforementioned sms/workflow integrations - well versed in what thus far, does not work per the marketing material provided by the HubSpot integration partner ecosystem via the app marketplace. I reached out to hubspot I.T. today and had no solutions to 4 questions.  Hopefully your team can help!    #1. Is there an integrated platform in Hubspot when creating a contact, I input their email. Ex: Robert.Jones@hubspot. Then, hubspot populates Robert Jones's information from the interwebs. Populating information like Position: "Managing Director" Company: "Hubspot Corporate" Address: "Hubspot corporate address" etc. We had this feature previously with another CRM tool and it was golden. Why don't we have it here?    #2. When I send "My Meetings Link" why does it require the fields "first name, last name and email." if I am emailing them a meeting request.. i already have their email right? These fields need to be optional. 100%. I have more important questions I would like to them to answer prior to our meeting. Not re-entering their information i already have in their Hubspot contact. It's embarrassing to be double asking for information I obviously already have.  Can you please remove this mandatory information requirement? The entire sales world using your platform will thank you!   #3. In Deals, on my board, I need to filter a column by closing dates (ascending to descending or vice versa) then potentially have the rest of the columns, based on the filter for that specific column.  But most importantly, column specific filters. Can this please be an option?   #4.Under tasks, it assigns tasks to a company not contact and when i click on my task, it tells me i don't have permission.. what??! I am trying to complete a reach out for a client, and now i don't have permission to view it. this is affecting my productivity and sales.   #5. How do I highlight all (or some) of my contacts and send only one email with the same information directly from me to them through hubspot at one time. Essentially mass email marketing/blast?   #6. When I look at a email i sent someone in my outlook, i get an alert that the contact has opened the email.. it was me (maybe my boss) opening the email, not the contact. Can this be fixed to be more efficient?   #7. Last question, lets say I write a phenomenal email using the hubspot platform, there should be an option at the bottom of the email that says, "Save as template." Currently, I have to send that email.  Then go back to copy it, go into my templates, re-edit it,  put in the inserted information and then save it. Thats wasted time.    Please let me know any feedback you have or if I am missing something to be more efficient in the hubspot CRM. Thanks!! ...read more

As a Partner Admin, we frequently encounter the issue that customer users unintentionally assign objects (such as tasks, contacts, deals, tickets, etc.) to us. This happens simply because Partner Admins are always visible in the assignment dropdown. It would be extremely helpful to have an option to exclude Partner Admins from this list. This would: Prevent accidental assignments and reduce confusion for customer users. Ensure that only the customer’s internal users appear as valid assignees. Make day-to-day work in HubSpot smoother and more efficient. Such an option would improve usability for customers and also help Partner Admins focus on their actual role, without having to deal with unnecessary reassignments. ...read more
