The aim is to synchronize leads (those generated with hubspot tools) with CRMs designed for the automobile industry. This synchronization can be done easily, simply by making it possible to send an automated e-mail following the submission of a form filled in by a lead in Auto-lead data format to a specific ADF address. (see point 5) 3. The value this would add is not measurable, it would enable automation and connectivity between sales and marketing tools for automobile companies using similar systems. 4. In preparation for an event or promotion, a landing page is created with a CTA directing to a form to generate a lead. As a Partner it would be really helpful if we could set up a standard project template that we can then "import" or "transfer" to new clients portals  We want to encourage new clients to use HubSpot as much as possible but at the moment its easier to just use Excel/Sheets for a checklist of tasks as creating a replicated project each time is painful  ...read more

Duplicates are a cancer that will kill any CRM product if left unaddressed.  I believe it's in Hubspot's best interest that ANY paying client--large or small--is equiped with tools to fight the cancer of dupes.       To make such basic admin tools (bulk dedupe/merge) only available to Enterprise or Operations Hub subscriptions is a penny-wise, pound-foolish mistake.      ...read more

Recently, HubSpot deployed (in France at least) the “Become a Partner Administrator” functionality.   It is supposed to simplify the management of access to the portal for those who are responsible for the Partner. And therefore, prevent access to HubSpot billing for example.   Unfortunately, some features are not available.   Like accessing the “Preferences” tab from Settings / Account Configuration / Users & Teams and a particular user. This tab allows you to check whether the messaging or calendar tools are properly connected to the user's account.   I would like this to be added to those of the Partner Administrator role. ...read more

Currently, it is not possible to manually delete messages that are sent to Slack/Slack channels via workflows. It would be extremely helpful if we could manually delete these messages in Slack (GDPR, incorrect data). For example, by clicking on "message actions". ...read more

Connecting my Hubspot data to Excel or a data visualization tool like PowerBI or Tableau should be so easy!   I need to create real-time dashboards or reports that are sharable with customers without any need for manual updating. I don't have time to manually export data and format it each week on our outreach for so many customers.    How does this not exist yet?  This should be supported out of the box just like Hubspot's add-ins for Outlook or Gmail.  Please don't send us hunting for 3rd party patches!   Thank you          ...read more

Hey,   Would be a huge help for us to be able to create tickets in our Support pipeline automatically directly from Slack. The main idea would be: a person clicks on a shortcut in Slack, a form pops up for them, they fill it out, then a HubSpot ticket is being created automatically in the right pipeline and all the added information gets mapped into the ticket. We're using a similar solution for Asana tasks: a person needs to fill out a Slack form, then an Asana task is automatically created via Zapier in the right project board.   I know there's an option with Message Shortcuts, but automating it would be even better. Also we have different ticket pipelines in HubSpot, and need different properties to be filled out for each of them, and it's not possible (yet) to add pipeline logic to the shortcut form.   This is the function where I really miss a 'Create HubSpot Object' option 🥺   Are you planning to add such a solution? If someone requests approval for an email and the approver has the Slack integration it would make sense to send that approval request in Slack. Currently, comments with an @mention will go to the recipient in Slack but not approvals in general. The notification configuration doesn't include the new approval feature as an option.  ...read more
