Hey,   Would be a huge help for us to be able to create tickets in our Support pipeline automatically directly from Slack. The main idea would be: a person clicks on a shortcut in Slack, a form pops up for them, they fill it out, then a HubSpot ticket is being created automatically in the right pipeline and all the added information gets mapped into the ticket. We're using a similar solution for Asana tasks: a person needs to fill out a Slack form, then an Asana task is automatically created via Zapier in the right project board.   I know there's an option with Message Shortcuts, but automating it would be even better. Also we have different ticket pipelines in HubSpot, and need different properties to be filled out for each of them, and it's not possible (yet) to add pipeline logic to the shortcut form.   This is the function where I really miss a 'Create HubSpot Object' option 🥺   Are you planning to add such a solution? Currently, when partner is added to their client's account, parnter user's name appear as an option for CRM objects owner (eg: contact owner, deal owner, company owner and etc).    Sometimes partner's user name populate above the actual account's users, so it takes few steps to look for the correct user name with in object owner property.    Although there is no harm in terms of security, the UI makes it look like the partner can sneak into end user's contact record, so it would be great if we can hide or try not to populate third party user within the CRM object's owner name.    ...read more

Set unique permission levels on Projects. For the moment, when users have access to the Projects tools, they are able to see all of the projects within the tool.   We need a way to restrict the access levels of users so that they can only access the projects that they own. ...read more

As a developer, having access to both private betas at times, as well as public betas a prod accounts have access to would be vary valuable in staying ahead of changes and allow us to plan, build and ship solutions more effectively. There multiple threads in the developer community that end in the roadlock of betas only being available in prod accounts, often of Enterprise tier. This is fine for enabling in betas in prod accounts, but Developer Test Accounts should be included in the restricted tiers for Beta Access.  We want to build for the future.  ...read more

It would be a good pro feature to have a link between our Hubspot account and https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator.   The issue consists of being unable to really modify a signature created on the Hubspot signature site (like add a CTA for example) without having to start from the beginning.   The only solution for now is to search through the html code and modify things, but it is time consuming and it is difficult when wanting to add things as I mentioned.   We should be able to connect to https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator with our Hubspot account and see our current signature (and history) so it would become easier to modify.   One last point would also be able to create and modify personal signatures for other team members as mentioned in this post: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Set-up-and-edit-email-signatures-for-other-users/idi-p/6499.   Thanks!! 😊 ...read more

Recently, HubSpot deployed (in France at least) the “Become a Partner Administrator” functionality.   It is supposed to simplify the management of access to the portal for those who are responsible for the Partner. And therefore, prevent access to HubSpot billing for example.   Unfortunately, some features are not available.   Like accessing the “Preferences” tab from Settings / Account Configuration / Users & Teams and a particular user. This tab allows you to check whether the messaging or calendar tools are properly connected to the user's account.   I would like this to be added to those of the Partner Administrator role. ...read more

The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table.   Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But...   In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all?   The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product.   Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand.   No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey. ...read more

We regularly use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach to leads. As part of this we regualrly include Smart Links within our messages. The analytics tab allows us to view individual analytics and behaviour of leads. It would be great if (1) this information synced with the contact in HubSpot and (2) this information could be used to alter HubScore. Thanks.  ...read more
