As and agency we have some main dashboards that are usefull to all clients. Currently, when partner is added to their client's account, parnter user's name appear as an option for CRM objects owner (eg: contact owner, deal owner, company owner and etc).    Sometimes partner's user name populate above the actual account's users, so it takes few steps to look for the correct user name with in object owner property.    Although there is no harm in terms of security, the UI makes it look like the partner can sneak into end user's contact record, so it would be great if we can hide or try not to populate third party user within the CRM object's owner name.    ...read more

It would be a good pro feature to have a link between our Hubspot account and https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator.   The issue consists of being unable to really modify a signature created on the Hubspot signature site (like add a CTA for example) without having to start from the beginning.   The only solution for now is to search through the html code and modify things, but it is time consuming and it is difficult when wanting to add things as I mentioned.   We should be able to connect to https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator with our Hubspot account and see our current signature (and history) so it would become easier to modify.   One last point would also be able to create and modify personal signatures for other team members as mentioned in this post: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Set-up-and-edit-email-signatures-for-other-users/idi-p/6499.   Thanks!! 😊 ...read more

Stripe just released Stripe apps that allow you to add UI elements to the Stripe dashboard. These UI elements allow you to perform actions without needing to leave Stripe. The example they gave was being able to chat with customers (via Intercom) when on their contact record.   HubSpot apps (in their current state) are pretty limited, sure you have the media bridge API, but you can't add or change anything in the HubSpot UI. Hi, As diamond agency doing a decent amount of developments that include API's an inability to create a save staging environment to test and get client signoff on new features setup is very problematic. This is a core feature that adds additional cost to our customers for no reason.   Alternatively, while we can use the dev environment, the inability to replicate data from the live portal into it for testing purposes makes the whole setup very tedious (manual creation of all custom fields, settings etc.)    Lastly once developed we are missing an easy way to migrate (templates and settings, data not necessary) back to a live portal. As a nice to have feature - for a client that is being upsold in the specific hub -  the ability to copy a specific hub over from dev to a live portal would be great.   Both options would make HS safer and more convenient to develop in, especially with the new Ops Hub being available now. At the bare minimum: Please either implement staging environment or the ability to replicate entire HS between dev and live portal.   Update: basic Sandbox feature has been released for Enterprise customers: There is a closed beta allowing copies of workflows from a live portal to HS sandbox that slightly improves the functionality.  Unfortunately,  this is still just one-directional: Live to a sandbox. We need a way to copy changes back as well. A similar release feature as with website staging would be great. Also, we still can't test automated nurture since sandbox does not allow sending of marketing emails at all. (Would be great if HS allows at least HS users.) We would like to be able to hide tabs on all objects (Contacts, Marketing Sales, etc). By tabs we mean specifically the tabs we see on a record page, e.g., Activity, Notes, Calls, Meetings, and Tasks. Our reasoning for hiding these tabs is because sometimes we want to have our users use the Notes tab instead of Calls.
