Hi Team, sharing this idea on behalf of a customer!   It would be great if the mobile app was able to support viewing others users' schedules in the "Upcoming schedule" section on mobile.   To share more about the use case, the customer uses the mobile app to check on their upcoming schedule, but would also like other users to have visibility as it is important for them to be updated on it. For instance, if they see that the user has a meeting scheduled, they can avoid reaching out to the user during that time for more effective collaboration. Allow the text message button in the Hubspot app to open another app (like aircall, dialpad, ring central, etc) rather than only opening apple messages.     This would greatly enhance our ability to quickly text a prospect, while utilizing our VOIP provider of choice. It would be incredibly useful to have custom CRM cards visible on mobile devices. There is currently a function on HubSpot mobile that allows you to view and edit the quantity of a line item. However, there is no current function that allows you to edit the unit cost of a line item. This seems like a huge oversight. I have a client who can't have standardized line items because each product will vary based on the specifc measurements taken, as the client installs blinds so each finished product will be unique per customer. There should be the ability to edit the unit cost of line items from with the mobile app. Because of this oversight, we have been forced to look for a third party quoting platform instead of only using HubSpot Commerce Hub.  ...read more

At the moment, you can set Default View Customization for users to only see certain views by default (unless they've change it themselves). This works fine in the web UI. The mobile HubSpot app does not honour this and users have to manually select the relevant views.   As far as I can tell, this is not documented anywhere as a limitation. I was shocked to see that Hubspot removed the ability to delete a company or contact on a mobile device.  We use this regularly to get rid of junk leads. Also many of our sales reps are mobile only / mobile first.  Meaning they rarely use a computer.     Without the delete option for junk leads, it would create a data sanitization issue and it's clear that Hubspot product teams did not consider this. ...read more

Lately, I've been using the Mobile App more frequently, but I've found it a bit tricky to navigate from a contact record to the associated company record.
