In the legacy events for behavioral app events, you were able to refine them by date (ie. less than 2 weeks ago). I noticed that in the new model for passing custom app events, this feature is no longer available. We've already started re-building our app events to the new model but did not pass over a timestamp because we thought this feature would be there.   This feature was very helpful when using Legacy app events and I'd love to see it introduced in the new custom app event model.  ...read more

It would be great if there is a new feature where it allows HubSpot Mobile App user to attach sales document to their outgoing sales email. I have a customer that needs the ability to natively record voice notes (via the HS Mobile app) on the contact/deal record after an in-person meeting during conferences and onsite visits   This will give them the ability to record quick notes, highlights, redflags, action items for managers/BDRs and record next steps efficiently on the go ...read more

Would be great if we could add a campaign or even original source when we scan a business card on the HS app - this is a great tool at trade show's to get peoples info, but would be even better to auto-add them to a list or campaign / original source to say we received this contact from MJBizCon or something like that. The ability to send SMS is key for most businesses, even for businesses that don't market with SMS, being able to send this for sales or service is key to allow timely communications with clients.   Although there are lots of external platforms which allow SMS, they are often clunky and with procurement requirements in the Enterprise space preferring a lean supply chain of fewer suppliers, the ability to do this directly in HubSpot is key.   This could work in the same way which calls does within HubSpot, utilising the integration HubSpot already has with Twilio to perform the following:   Craft and send SMS via Workflow actions Send 1:1 SMS via a contact record Trigger workflow actions based on an SMS being received (similar enrollment criteria as marketing emails) It would be great to be able to utilise the conversations inbox to manage replies It would be great to be able to create bots in chat flows to automate SMS conversations   The privacy and compliance element can be managed to utilise the current subscriptions mechanism allowing subscription types to be created for either email or SMS whilst also respecting GDPR tools such as legal basis and the boolean unsubscribed from all communications.   A log of SMS messages similar to calls could be run within an object like the below:     Within the conversations inbox:     With Chatflows:     In Workflows:     ...read more

Filing on behalf of a customer: Hi team, At the moment we can turn on a setting on Android to have Post-call logging (see screenshot atttached) - however, this is user/device-specific.  It would be helpful if there was a way we can set this within HubSpot for users within permissions sets to "force" sales reps to log their call activities moving forward.  Looking forward to this feature possibly being implemented! ...read more

At this time it's only possible to add and reorder properties to the "About Us" section for iOs mobile app users.   Custom sections are not available and there's not a way to hide blank property values. Otherwise all properties show only in group object types in A-Z order. This can be a large data set for many companies. Currently, on the Hubspot iOS app, custom Deal sections are not visible, only property groups. I understand that the Android version of the HS app does allow sections to be visible.    Please add sections to HS iOS -- it would be super helpful for our company!
