We can access templates for emails but cannot access anything in our playbooks. That makes no sense to me.  If I'm mobile and want to send something from playbook like an agreement after a call to customer, I have to go outside the HubSpot to email it from a file source on my phone or have someone email it to me that is on a computer desktop and can access playbook files.  ...read more

When hitting the text message icon on the HubSpot Ap, it takes you to your texting screen on your phone, which is great. I think it would be very valuable to automatically log that text into the CRM if you hit that icon button on your contact's page. Right now it is set that you have to copy and paste that text back on the page.  ...read more

It would be a nice feature to allow the customization of the default six fields that the business card scan feature ask (Full name, job title, email, company, Phone, Website) and allow to decide which fields are showed after scan. Please show meetings that were logged as an activity, in the activity feed. I use the "meeting" activity to track what sales calls I've made every day, and sometimes I would like to know how many calls I've made that day. Just showing meetings made with the Hubspot scheduler is not helpful in my situation.  ...read more

I find that the HubSpot app is very limited. It would be great to access / edit custom objects within the ios app. Currently I can only see the default Deals / Contacts etc.   @dennisedson what do you think? ...read more

I've been using HubSpot for a long time both Desktop & Mobile Version. So I've noticed that Mobile app's Calling allows us to call via phone no. only. I think that mobile app would be flexible, if there are many alternative ways to call the contact rather than calling directly through phone no. (i.e. Redirect to the another calling app). Nevertheless, sometimes we are integrating log-call data with HubSpot & another Calling system together and logging result to another app.   Thanks Thiwat J. ...read more

Being able to simply select the product(s)/services within the mobile app and send the quote (lower price tag stuff only like a few service days or a smaller quantity of a certain product eg for a POC) to your customer right while you are in the scoping meeting would be great. Yoe can discuss it with the customer while you are face 2 face, adjust if required and get a quick approval not leaving the site, sendingsomething over, wait for response etc. Especially for the smaller deals in the four figure level, this feature improvement would be very helpful to accelerate the sales process. ...read more

Hi! I have read that there is currently no function to open the Hubspot plug-in in an Outlook e-mail applictaion on your phone. This would be a great feature! 1. All who use Hubspot through Outlook or Gmail on their phones. 2.
