Hi, i am using Hubspot Sales for the first time, i'm based in Europe. I have a number of feature requests based on my early experience. Feedback on whether this can be made possible on the free or Starter plan would be welcome.   Be able to change the default currency to Euro in the free plan. Currently, this appears impossible, which makes the free version difficult to use for us in Europe (all deals and quotes are in USD). Seems unfair that there is a good working free version for the USA but not for us in Europe.  Add more options for adding European phone numbers to call from. I am in the Netherlands and am unable to add this number, because it is not in your list of countries for adding a 'from' call number.  We should be able to delete the Unsubscribe/Manage Preferences links in the footer of marketing emails. Many of us prefer to send emails that look like a personal one-on-one email. This makes that impossible. On the free or starter marketing plan, be able to send automatic followup emails when there is no reply after sending a bulk marketing email + also after individual emails (so not just making a task to followup, but option for sending an automatic followup email). Currently, this seems only possible with sequences, which are a part of the very expensive Professional plans. However, a simple followup email on no reply is a basic functionality for us. Make available product lines as part of the sales starter plan Make it possible to place calls on your own mobile with your own mobile plan, by pressing 'call contact' in the web interface. Currently, this is possible via the mobile app, which is great. But, it does take a lot of time. When i've determined i want to call someone in the web interface on PC, i then need to find the contact on my mobile app, and call that person. It would be great if pressing 'call' in the web interface, could trigger a call being made on my Android or iOS device, with my own mobile plan, with the possibility of then logging the call, just like when i press 'call' in the mobile app.  Include a warmup possibility as part of marketing emails (like Smartreach) For the Outlook addin: Currently there is an option to turn on or off by default logging and tracking of emails. It would be VERY handy if tracking and logging could be set on by default ONLY for emails from/to people that are already in the Hubspot contacts list, and off for other contacts. Hi Devs, at the moment I can search for tickets or list tickets which are assigned to an object like Contact. It would also be great to list and filter tickets in the mobile App. I could imagine to manage filters like: all Open tickets my Open tickets all Open Tickets assigned to a group of employees all tickets assigned to Deals of Last month things like that... best regards philipp ...read more

Hey Team! I worked with a customer today who mentioned that they would love to have a 'Quick log' button on the bottom row of the HubSpot app. I'm currently looking at my iOS app and there's only an activity button that takes us to the activity feed. Currently the only way to log an activity is to navigate to the object (contact/deal/company record and click log) It would be helpful if we had a log button below that takes us directly to 'log a meeting/call' and we can input the contact/company that this should be logged to. 🙂 ...read more

As a Solar company, we enter information into multiple systems. With HubSpot, we have taken a lot of the data entry away but if we could link with one of the many solar design/presentation tools out there, such as Solargraf and Opensolar, it would make Hubspot the go-to CRM for solar companies nationwide. ...read more

If you can already see what an email would look like on an mobile device then have a separate section for mobile. So each email can have a desktop veiw and a mobile veiw depending on what you open an email with.  ...read more

I own a company that installs vegetable gardens and helps people learn to care for the gardens they have.  It would be hugely beneficial to take photos of their garden from the mobile app to add to the client contact info when we visited them so when they have questions in the future we can look at the space.  It would also allow employees to get a better feel for the gardens when visiting a repeat client before they even got there, allowing more time to discuss how we can help because we would be better prepared.   As it is, we can add photos from a computer, but since our staff is mobile they are far more liekely to remember to take and add photos if they could at a client's home. ...read more

SMS list growth is becoming more and more important, especially considering a future without cookies. It would be very useful to create links that, when tapped on a mobile device, create an SMS message to a predetermined number.
