Hey, We have migrated to the new Help Desk feature, but are now rescricted on the mobile app.   The features missing are: Dedicated in-app notification for new tickets and responces. Dedicated Help Desk feature in the mobile app for iOS and Android. Dear HubSpot,   I am currently using the HubSpot mobile app and have encountered an issue while trying to associate objects within the CRM. While I can successfully search using Korean characters in the general CRM search bar, I cannot input Korean characters in the association pop-up window (for example, when linking contacts to deals).   This limitation makes it challenging to work efficiently in Korean, as I cannot search for or associate objects using Korean names in that specific context.   Could you please investigate this issue and inform me if there is a fix or a planned update to allow Korean input in all areas of the mobile app?   Thank you for being so supportive! ...read more

A lot of customers are not very happy with the new Predictive Deal Score appearing in the Deals cards on mobile app. They have asked me to turn it off as its not helpfull/or its bein calculated custom in another property. It 'd be very useful that could turn on/off this new feature to be shown in the card, maybe could be a check to mark if we want to display it or no. In the future it 'd be even cooler to be able to select to shown a custom score in the card.   If 'd like to see this implemented, please upvote this idea.   ...read more

Hello, would be great if you could extend the same email logging/tracking to the mobile platforms.  My company uses exclusively Android, and we have an unpredicable break in the the chain when emailing from Mobile.  I cannot yet identify which incoming/outgoing emails will be logged.  I am aware of the workaround to add the Hubspod address in the BCC field for outgoing messages.     All that said, it's an added step for outgoing, and the feature is lacking completely for incoming emails.   ...read more

Our sales team do a lot of business at fairs, conferences and similar events. They really like the business card scanner, because it lets them save a lot of time; however, they're requesting a way to also record which event they met their potential contacts at, without having to later update each new contact manually.   Now, we already have a "Contact information" property to record this information; it's a "multiple checkboxes" field where each event we display at is a separate line item, sorted with the most recent at the top of the list. (We did it this way to prevent typo-related duplicates.) This field has to be updated individually and manually, which isn't easy on the mobile app and takes the sales team's time and attention away from event prospecting.   Now, the business card scanner only scans what's on the card, and that's okay. But on the "Final review and edit" page, there are only the same five fields - Full name, Job title, Email, Mobile and Website. If we could add more property fields onto the "Final review and edit" page, the sales team could enter the values for these properties at the end of the scanning process.   Given that a Super Admin can modify the default views, properties, and forms for the HubSpot browser interface, and given that doing so modifies the list of available fields in the "Create -> Contact" form on the iOS & Android app, would it be possible to create a customization interface for the mobile app's "Scan business card" form? ...read more

Currently there is no ability on the IOS mobile app to upload or view attachments. At this time, it appears we are only able to upload images via the mobile app in notes activities. PDF/other documents aren't yet supported. We run a construction company with dozens superintendents, sales reps, project managers and project formans on the field. It would be very benefical to include the overview tab on the app - I spent ages building reports that will help our sales team as a quick snapshot only to find they can't see them on the app - where they primarily use this feature.  ...read more
