Hey, We have migrated to the new Help Desk feature, but are now rescricted on the mobile app.   The features missing are: Dedicated in-app notification for new tickets and responces. Dedicated Help Desk feature in the mobile app for iOS and Android. Workaround could be to allow ticket notification on mobile in workflows so we get notified when a new Help Desk ticket is created, replied etc. ...read more

It would be very benefical to include the overview tab on the app - I spent ages building reports that will help our sales team as a quick snapshot only to find they can't see them on the app - where they primarily use this feature.  ...read more

A lot of customers are not very happy with the new Predictive Deal Score appearing in the Deals cards on mobile app. They have asked me to turn it off as its not helpfull/or its bein calculated custom in another property. It 'd be very useful that could turn on/off this new feature to be shown in the card, maybe could be a check to mark if we want to display it or no. In the future it 'd be even cooler to be able to select to shown a custom score in the card.   If 'd like to see this implemented, please upvote this idea.   ...read more

The new "lead" object and "prospecting" workspace are amazing additions to HubSpot. With sales teams being on the road most of their time, getting the leads (object) and the prospecting workspace part of the mobile app would be a huge benefit.  Hoping to see these 2 added to the mobile app really soon! ...read more

Our Help Desk is, in part, looked after by Field Service Engineers. When we had our Support email linked to the "Inbox" function, they could manage comms via that. This is no longer possible now it's split out to Help Desk, except in a really difficult way via Tickets. Please add Help Desk to iOS so we can support our customers in the field! ...read more

I would like to suggest the addition of the option of conditional logic when creating records in the HubSpot mobile app, similar to how it already functions in the web version. I believe that this feature would greatly enhance the efficiency when working from mobile devices. ...read more

Hello, would be great if you could extend the same email logging/tracking to the mobile platforms.  My company uses exclusively Android, and we have an unpredicable break in the the chain when emailing from Mobile.  I cannot yet identify which incoming/outgoing emails will be logged.  I am aware of the workaround to add the Hubspod address in the BCC field for outgoing messages.     All that said, it's an added step for outgoing, and the feature is lacking completely for incoming emails.   ...read more

Our sales team do a lot of business at fairs, conferences and similar events. They really like the business card scanner, because it lets them save a lot of time; however, they're requesting a way to also record which event they met their potential contacts at, without having to later update each new contact manually.   Now, we already have a "Contact information" property to record this information; it's a "multiple checkboxes" field where each event we display at is a separate line item, sorted with the most recent at the top of the list. (We did it this way to prevent typo-related duplicates.) This field has to be updated individually and manually, which isn't easy on the mobile app and takes the sales team's time and attention away from event prospecting.   Now, the business card scanner only scans what's on the card, and that's okay. But on the "Final review and edit" page, there are only the same five fields - Full name, Job title, Email, Mobile and Website. If we could add more property fields onto the "Final review and edit" page, the sales team could enter the values for these properties at the end of the scanning process.   Given that a Super Admin can modify the default views, properties, and forms for the HubSpot browser interface, and given that doing so modifies the list of available fields in the "Create -> Contact" form on the iOS & Android app, would it be possible to create a customization interface for the mobile app's "Scan business card" form? ...read more

Our team is highly reliant on app functionality and we have created custom objects as part of our workflow.   Right now, when you search in the app, it does not search the custom object.   For example, I have an object that tracks airplanes. These airplanes are typically identified by their make, model, serial number, or registration number.    So a sales rep is on the road. They get information on the aircraft, the registration number, and put it into the search, N123HS. Currently, it will pull up any information if it was in a free text field in company, contacts, notes, etc., but it does not pull up all of the information associated with that particular aircraft in the custom object or that that object is associated with any of the standard objects.   The associated data is available if I look up a company or contact and if the aircraft is associated. But typically the company and contact is what I am trying to locate based on the aircraft data.   My prior CRM allowed for us to modify mobile views for our needs, this would be extremely beneficial for the user experience and adoption. ...read more
