We are using the round robin meetings link which checks to see if the contact has an owner (and then shows them that person's calendar). However we are coming up with challenges when new contacts at existing companies use the link. The meeting link is not checking the email domain to see if that company exists in HubSpot, and therefore is booking meetings for the wrong sales person based on company ownership.   i.e Widgets Ltd exists in our HubSpot account and the owner is Jane Smith (as are all of it's contacts). However a previously unknown contact uses the meeting link the calendar checks and fails to find them in HubSpot so shows the round robin calendar and thus this new contact books a meeting with Joe Bloggs, when it should be Jane Smith.   If the calendar can check and recognise by email domain this should eliminate most of these issues - and allow for a better ABM experience. ...read more

It be great to be able to make block appointment times. For example we are in the service industry where we give new client consulations. We have two private offices to do this at the same time. What would be great is to set from 6-7:00 pm we have availability for these meetings and we could have two meetings going at once as anyone of our staff could handle these. I need to be able to set my calendar with different availability each day/week but schedule it for at least four weeks out. Rigth now, I can set custom availability by general day (Monday, Tues, Wed, etc) but not by each specific date (my availability this Monday is likely different from my availability next Monday and I need my meetings display to reflect that).  ...read more

Our sales team is looking to provide prospects an option to sign up for an open, public demo (Public Demo: someone from our team presents the solution to a few prospects who aren't ready to commit to a 1:1 demo). The issue is, currently Hubspot only allows one prospect to sign up for one meeing slot at a time (i.e. 1:1 meeting).   We are currently using Calendly integration on our website to allow multiple people to sign up for the same slot, but would like to do this through Hubspot so we can capture prospect information when someone signs up.   Has anyone found a workaround for this?  ...read more

I encountered this is someone else's email and it made it much, much easier for me to decide to book a meeting with them. I need a way for different sales reps to automatically send out their own personal meeting link (we use Kumospace instead of Zoom, but this would apply to any 3rd party application) when a round robin meeting is booked.
