Current state: HubSpot Meeting Links can *only* be set up with one default option for Videoconferencing, i.e. Zoom *or* Teams, despite integrating both/multiple Videoconferencing platforms. This means the "booker" cannot choose which Videoconferencing tool they are more comfortable with: we force adapt to us.
Goal: Downloading or adapting to new videoconference software can be hard for some leads and customers: if we can give anyone who wants to book a meeting with us the option of choosing their preferred way to videoconference, i.e.
1) Teams
2) Zoom
3) Google Meet
within the actual booking interface when they book a meeting, we will be able to:
1) Increase the likelihood of the meeting occurring
2) Increase efficiency and cut out dead time helping a lead/customer adapt to a new tool
3) Create a more frictionless experience 🙂
