It would be really useful if we could create workflows based on meetings, as we do with contacts or deals. To give you an example, I wanted to create a workflow that would change the stage of the deal automatically when a meeting is created with a future date. Even though I found a way to create the workflow, I could not use it as it did not allow me to re-enroll due to using meeting properties. Hello Team,   It would be good if the Breeze Copilot could reference and summarize a Meeting Engagement and also pull from Internal Notes which commonly records a Meeting Sentiment with the Attendees (as this is is added/synced from the Sales Workspace). Currently, it is only able to summarize based on Meeting Description. However, this is visible to Meeting Attendees which is not ideal. Hi Hubspot Community ! 🎉   If you're in Sales, you know that meeting minutes are essential for effective collaboration, action tracking, and overall visibility.   Currently, HubSpot offers two ways to capture meeting minutes: Adding a comment to an existing meeting activity – This method keeps the minutes linked to the meeting and its timeline, but visibility is limited. You need to click on the comment to view it, making it difficult to get an overview of past meetings. Adding meeting minutes in the Notes section – While this improves visibility, it isn't directly connected to the meeting activity and doesn’t allow date modifications. If you log meeting details the next day, the note timestamp remains unchanged. None of these solutions gives justice to the place deserved by meeting minutes.   My two cents: HubSpot developers should consider improving meeting minutes visibility within the meeting activity details.   PS: I use calendar sync (Microsoft Teams) with HubSpot, which automatically populates the meeting details field with the Teams invitation details. Dear HubSpot Support Team,   When creating a meeting with attendees, an invitation is automatically sent to the customer. While this feature is convenient for users who rely on HubSpot as their primary communication tool, our organization primarily uses HubSpot as an internal management tool.   We follow specific naming conventions for meetings that are not intended to be shared with customers. Automatically sending invitations can create confusion and unnecessary burdens for our team and clients.   It would be incredibly beneficial if the option to send meeting invitations could be made optional, allowing users to decide whether or not to notify attendees. Currently, you can setup Out Of Office availability at each User level. However, it does not "connect" with Meetings scheduler and the functionality "Consider working hours". It leads that when a User has a personal/individual Meeting, it does not take into account that the User is OOO, and clients could still book a meeting even if the User is OOO.  It seems urgent to connect those 2 features, so that the Meeting is able to understand that the User is not available during the OOO period.  ...read more

It would be great to be able to change the default meeting reminder email or meeting booked email when creating a scheduling page. The minor customization allowed in the form of additional unformtted text is not enough. I am loving the "book a meeting" CTA. However, while the pop-ups to book the meeting look like they match our branding and I'm able to add a custom image, the meeting confirmation that pops up is Hubspot branded and completely clashes with our brand. I don't mind not being able to customize the part if that's not feasibly, but please change to neutral branding like grays or something so that it doesn't look completely out of character. I would like to have a way to set up a redirect for the original meeting link once the data hosting migration has been performed. The meeting link of a user at the new data hosting location is not available and the user is therefore automatically assigned a new link. This means that the previous link can no longer be used because the slug e.g. david-schuh is already used in an account at the us data hosting location. Furthermore, it is currently not possible to forward pages that have the slug ‘meetings’. This slug is exclusively intended for meeting pages within HubSpot and can therefore not be forwarded. Within our organization we use Microsoft Teams for all meetings. When people book a meeting through the Meeting tool with someone, we now have to manually send out an additional Microsoft Teams meeting. We would like to these meeting tool invites to already be Microsoft Teams invites. I know this is possible since Hubspot does exactly this within their own organization, except with Zoom.   It would really make a big difference to us if this were possible.   **Moderator Edit** This issue has been merged with Marialll2694's post titled: Automatic Microsoft Teams Invite Link to be sent when meeting is scheduled. All comments and kudos have been combined here.   Marialll2694 When you scheudle a meeting through hubspot it should be integrated with Microsoft Teams in a way that it creates the invite with the conference link. Currently you have to send another invite with the link.   We were considering purchasing HubSpot and this integration threw a wrench in the whole deal. With COVID 19 we are all having to work remote and we use Microsoft Teams (along with 75 million users) because it's part of our corporate suite. Not having this integration is detrimental to a seamless & delightful experience with our clients.   Part of the "magic" with HubSpot is that something like this doesn't happen.
