It would be a game changer to be able to select custom user properties for the meetings scheduler.    Example scenario:  In an account with multiple business units, that have overlapping contact records (one person might enquire with multiple business units/brands) we have a separate custom contact owner property per business unit (separate sales teams in each business unit). Issue is that the meetings tool only considers HS default contact owner properties. The option to select from a custom user property would come in extremely handy.  This should be applied not only to 1-1 meeting links but also round robins and groups. It would be incredibly useful to be able to select one or multiple users in a round robin meeting link to be select preferrably over other users if the preferred user is available at the given time frame.    This would even be more useful when it comes to multi-business-unit portals where contact records might interact with multiple BUs at the same time.    ...read more

Hello,   Would it be possible to add an option, at least, so that the meeting rotations take into account who's available at the selected date and time ?   Our partner is going to make some calls to our prospects to book meetings for our sales team. If the prospect on the phone mentions a specific date and time to our partner, it would be easier for the partner to be suggested a specific user that is available at that date and time. Instead, the partner has to check for each user, whether he is available or not (which is not convinient while the prospect is waiting on the phone).   PS : By the way, having a concatenated view of all calendars of the team here would also be great to help for that purpose.   Thank you in advance for considering my idea.   Selected user is already busy Order suggested without taking into account availability at that date/time ...read more

I would like to request the ability to add more than one logo for meeting scheduling pages. I work for an organization that includes multiple brands, and I need to update the company logo to reflect the specific brand logo for each label. Suggestion: Allow users/visitors to choose the meeting platform of their preference when booking a meeting with the meeting scheduler. Once a HubSpot user has linked more than one online meeting platform (e.g. Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.), add an option to allow visitors to pick the platform of their preference to accommodate the preferences and ecosystem of the guest(s) in the meeting. Submitting this feature request on behalf of a customer.    The customer has set up a round robin meeting in HubSpot and notices that when there are no available times for the meeting, a default message appears on the page that goes something like the following:   "There are no available times with this duration with (Organizer of meeting) today. You can still request a meeting by email them at (Organizer's email address)."    The issue is that they do not want the Organizer's name or email address to appear in the default message above. However, there is currently no way to customise the above default message or to remove it altogether.    The only possible workaround is to change the Organizer of the meeting to another user of a generic name and email, but this involves creating a new user and assigning a paid seat for this user.    It would be useful if we have the option to customise the above default message or to remove it altogether.  ...read more

In the confirmation mail, there are reschedule and cancel link tokens available. However, these tokens are not available as contact properties, which means we cannot use them elsewhere in the portal as personalization tokens. We're hosting our website in HubSpot Content Hub and want to provide Meeting Links using our brand domain. That's easily setup, by chosing the respective domain for meetings in the HubSpot settings, which allows me to provide, e.g.: https://teamscale.com/meetings/fabian-streitel    However, this page produces CORS errors, which causes Firefox (in strict privacy mode), to block the page entirely (white page):     Apparently, it dislikes the content provided via static.hsappstatic.net, which is apparently a different domain than teamscale.com. When I access the same page through meetings-eu1.hubspot.com (which is also a different domain), it shows properly:     Apparently, this is currently an inherent limitation of the meetings pages. A very unfortunate one though, because I'd really prefer to serving meeting pages through our brand domain _and_ allow Firefox users to schedule meetings.   A solution might be to proxy the meetings content though a brand-subdomain.
