We currently publish our social media posts to all four channels that are currently available in HubSpot (Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn).   It would be great to be able to post to TikTok & Pinterest from the same social ads tool.   Are there any plans to implement these additional social channels? ...read more

Currently, we can restrict users from installing an app from the HubSpot marketplace but there is no setting under user permission that allows us to restrict a user from accessing or editing the native integration settings. For example, if we are using the HubSpot - Salesforce native integration (Salesforce Connector) there is no way we can define the users who have access to editing or updating the app settings in HubSpot. We have a problem when an incoming email is not automatically logged in hubspot. If you do the logging later using the Outlook add-in, the email will be saved but not the attachments. Why? The option to forward the email is difficult because we often receive emails from companies that then have to be assigned to a customer. This means I would have to change the sender manually before forwarding the email.       ...read more

It would be really useful if we could report on the settings users have within the extension. Some users don't set up the extension as they have been advised and/or add features we have asked them not to add. At the moment, we have to contact every user to ask them to check their settings, which adds extra unnecessary messages for people who's settings are correct to deal with. It would be much better if we could check/target just the users who's settings are not correct (or that aren't even using the extension). Thank you. ...read more

currently only top level @mentions prompt slack to notify the mentioned individual for example if i @mention someone in a note on a company, they get that notifcation in slack right away but if i @mention someone in a comment on a note, NOTHING   my users expect @mention = mention that to the person targeted and they also expect that to come through in slack since that is our persistent communication method the notifications "in-app" do show up under the bell for all of these updates, please extend that out so that my users who dont keep your app open 24/7 also get notifed in a timely manner in slack for ALL @MENTIONS ...read more

Rather than having to send a survey email via SurveyMonkey with a HubSpot list export and then syncing that data to HubSpot, it would be amazing to be able to embed the SurveyMonkey survey in a HubSpot email directly with contact tracking. I'm surprised this isn't a feature of the integration already. HubSpot knows who is clicking the survey link, so we shouldn't have to add an email collection field to the SurveyMonkey survey. TLDR: Include CTAs in every CMS Hub and/or Marketing Hub Tier, starting with 3 in Free, 5 in Starter, and unlimited once you get to Pro and Enterprise.   Who: marketers, web designers, web developers, theme developers, anyone using CMS Hub to grow their business   Goal: Allow access for all tiers to purchase paid themes that require CTAs due to how modules are developed to incorporate CTAs and buttons and eliminate unnecessary theme migrations from free to paid themes.   Value: A CMS Hub free user could opt to buy a Pro level theme and grow into CMS Hub (and other hubs). It would allow them to build their website once with the theme of choice and not have to worry about compatibility or migrating their website later. It would essentially allow all of the themes in the marketplace to be available for all customers.   Examples: Many other tools within HubSpot are structured this way, such as included marketing contacts or even number of snippets, templates, etc.   Additional insight: as a theme developer, we've had to create an alternate version of our theme without CTAs to offer to customers using CMS Hub Starter. This is a manual process and loses the advantages of themes offered in the marketplace we are asked very often what the impact would be of changing from CMS Hub Pro to Starter long after they've built the website with the theme (this breaks everything) - it forces customers to stay locked in to a specific tier without the flexibility to adapt as their business needs change (like in the current volatile economic market) with 3 CTAs in Free, customers could start tracking their "contact us" conversions, as well as 2 key conversion actions, like "buy now" or "subscribe" - this would show the value of CTAs first hand and allow them to make the choice to upgrade with 5 CTAs in Starter, same thing, customers can start to leverage the tool and show value before asking for a budget increase ...read more

The HubSpot Stripe integration is a great way to collect credit card payments and simplify the quoting process but that is about all it is good for. Don't get me wrong I love getting paid, but some of my clients prefer paying with an ACH transfer over a credit card.    If you look across the forum you will find that it is chock full of people asking for additional functionality from the payment option. And now with the Custom Quotes and all of the other enhancements made in the sales arena of the platform, improving the stripe integration is now a critical step. We have clients that have bought into the platform only to be disappointed by the lack of functionality offered by the integration and move away from doing their quoting within the platform.    The main limitations that we see creating to most friction are:  The only way to receive a payment is through a Credit Card transaction which means that if a customer wants to pay via a bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay they can't. This means our clients and ourselves have to go and generate a separate invoice directly from within Stripe and send it to the customer.  Products that have been added to the HubSpot Product Libray are not synced with the Stripe product library. This ends up creating numerous products within Stripe, a new one for every quote that has been generated. From a systems approach, this ends up creating a lot of noise and makes managing information a bit more complex.  The ability to use Stripe when there is a line item that has no price. As an agency, our customers purchase points to use on products and services. The products and services then have a points value associated with them but there is no cost. Now, when we add those line items to the quote we are unable to request payments from within the quoting tool.  Ability to manage payments from the HubSpot platform for customers. At the moment if a customer has a payment that fails we can have stripe configured to send them an automated email but they are unable to manage the payment from that email. And there is no place in HubSpot to see that they have an unpaid balance.  Closing these gaps by improving the ability of the two systems to talk would go a long way to making HubSpot be the single source of truth for our company and for our customers. At a minimum, the ability to accept payments from all of the forms that Stripe supports, have the product library sync between the systems, and be able to select a matching product, and still be able to accept payment on items that don't have any price would make the HubSpot quoting tool valuable to a much larger user base.    Giving the ability for users to manage their payments, view paid invoices, and update payment methods would be nice to have. This capability is offered by many companies and is even offered by HubSpot to customers for paying HubSpot. By enabling the integration to have this capacity would improve client buy-in and provide an effective solution to managing payments and invoices in relation to payments made using the HubSpot quoting tool.  ...read more
