Hello,  The filter in standardized HS LP reports for "URL" is extremely misleading. You have the option for 2 things:   URL is equal to (self explanatory) URL is any of (supposedly self explanatory, but misleading) Based these options and how other areas of the product word filter, option two would lead me to believe that you'd have to enter a list of specific full URLs for this filter to work, e.g. if I entered hubspot.com/marketing-hub and hubspot.com/sales-hub the expectation would be that the metrics would only show for those two specific pages.   However this is NOT THE CASE. I've verified this myself today with HS support and my own tests, option 2 actually behaves like a URL contains any of X or Y or Z criteria.    Now I'm glad it does what I need, but it would be helpful if the HS interface described it as such.    In my screenshots with this build, I can verify that it only pull smetrics from URLs which contain /de-de/ OR /de-ch/ OR /fr-fr/     ...read more

Dear HubSpotters 🤖, in the past we had the possibility so see all the points in time when a contact list was modified directly on the trend line of the list perfomance within the performance tab. It was so convenient since we could easily spot when the filters were changed and the direct impact those actions had on the list #s.  I recall there was a specific marker on the point in time where the chage occurred.  Now, if we go on the `details` tab, we can see the `last updated` date but it is not enough and not precise as it was looking at it directly on the trend line. Also, now we can see only the last change, so we are missing what happened in the past. I think one of the biggest problems with hubspot forms is that, whenever there is a reason to make changes to a form (for example add new fields, edit dependent fields, change GDPR settings etc), you need to do it one by one on all the forms. It would be much easier if you could create different template forms (for example one for newsletter signup, one for lead gen, one for book a meeting etc) and then clone from these templates. Once you need to edit a form, you can just edit the template and have the option to edit all forms that are using the template.  Using the same form is often not an option, because of different CTAs, the form being added as an asset to different campaigns, or different languages for example.  I really hope you will work on this, its a really messy job right now... ...read more

I am currently able to connect Local Service Ads in Marketin Hub Pro using Google Ads, however there is very limited functionality.  I see impressions and clicks which Google doesn't even provide are great.   However the leads created, the calls or form fills do not populate into HubSpot.   It appears that they offer this ability in the API https://services.google.com/fh/files/helpcenter/lsa_api_dev_guide.pdf   Please prioritize this feature!    ...read more

It would be cool if we could change the size of the bullets points and the numbers in a numbered list so that they match the size of the text that comes after them. I believe there is a way to do this with CSS but it would be a QOL improvement if there was an option directly within the editors to make these changes, especially for the less tech-savvy people. ...read more

PLEASE UPVOTE IF YOU ALSO WANT THIS FEATURE!    I know there must be another post, but I can't find it.    This is specifically a request to the product team to improve the functionality of these fields. My SDRs shouldn't have to differentiate between "61192" and "61223" as sources of leads. If you can't figure out how to grab the name of the API the data is coming from, how about a simple translation table in the setting so we can decode these in the UX?    There are a lot of great workarounds that are possible, but Hubspot is, at its core, a marketing system. Rather than having to send a survey email via SurveyMonkey with a HubSpot list export and then syncing that data to HubSpot, it would be amazing to be able to embed the SurveyMonkey survey in a HubSpot email directly with contact tracking. I'm surprised this isn't a feature of the integration already. HubSpot knows who is clicking the survey link, so we shouldn't have to add an email collection field to the SurveyMonkey survey. Problem: At the moment, Insights does not work for every field properly. (More info here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/HubSpot-Insights-Database-enriches-wrong-address-information/m-p/419158#M125703)   You already implemented an option to disable it completely.
