Hello,   I am proposing the function to archive (or move) whole folders of emails. If I archive emails, the folder remains. I want to properly tidy up.   Ideally I'd like to select the whole folder (for example, a month dated folder in 2021) and archive the whole thing, restoring it if needed still folderised.   Alternatively, I'd like to be able to move the whole folder to a "2021" folder I have made. Much as you would expect to on Microsoft Explorer, for example. We need more layout flexibility while creating an email without updating the template. If your email campaigns vary in length, you are always updating the template. We need the ability to clone, delete and rearrange module sections that are already built in the temple while creating an email. This would allow us to reuse sections or build multiple layouts in a single template. Flexible columns would work: http://knowledge.hubspot.com/site-pages-user-guide/how-to-use-content-modules but is not available in Email templates. hi team, posting this idea on behalf of my customer:    At the moment, we can only select published automated emails and sent regular emails as a workflow trigger.    It would be great to have all marketing emails, regardless of their send status to be selectable as a trigger as it will be easier for users to create workflows and turn them on as soon as marketing emails are sent, as opposed to scrambling to add the marketing email as a trigger to their workflow.  Thanks very much for the consideration team 🙂  ...read more

Because of GDPR all emails within HubSpot need a special subscription typ. Right now also the follow-up emails. This leads to the following problem, when the checkbox "send marketing emails only to contacts with a legal basis for contacting" is activated: If your contact doesn't click on the checkbox for the consent to communication the follow-up email wouldn't be send.    However, according to the GDPR, the follow-up email does not need this subscription, because by sending the form, the contact requests exactly this content and must receive it. This is not possible with the current settings.   The only workaround is a complicated workflow that sends ONLY this content and no other material. This would make the function of a follow-up email obsolete.   It would therefore be really useful for any marketer in the EU to be able to switch off the allocation of a subscription in a follow-up email. ...read more
