I think it'd be very helpful for all of my accounts if there were a way to set an account-level safety feature. No emails sent out with empty tokens. So, for example, if you reference a custom property on a contact, or associated ticket, or whatever, you could prevent it from sending. This would generate a list, of contacts who failed to send because of the missing token. Those contacts could then be fixed and re-enrolled in the campaign, survey, or drip campaign. This would make the sending tools more approachable, and add a nice safety feature for big complicated accounts with lots going on. By letting you opt-in at the account level. You give control to the HubSpot Admins to either use or ignore the feature. Thanks!
