It's a shame that it's so hard to report on blog performance by tags, keywords, and topic clusters.    Obviously we can do this outside hubspot, but leadership really wants to understand not just sessions from those topics but also more in-depth funnel metrics too -- ie. Close rates, Customer Rates, LTV etc.    This level of reporting would be a dream come true! The funnel reports when you include skipped stages are very misleading. Rather than exclude deals that skip stages, you should stack them in the same bar (Highlighted in a different Color) so that the true funnel rates can be read inside hubspot and don't need to be thrown into an external spreadsheet and dealt with there.    In other words, when you build a funnel report and include deals that skipped stages, you can easily see what stages were skipped but the problem is you can't see the true rates for each stage implicit in the fact that if a deal skipped a stage straight to closed-won I would want that to count towards the probability of deals in those stages closed-winning.    simply stated- we'd like to see next step conversions include deals that skipped stages. ie. not just all deals that went from stage 1 to stage 2 --- rather all deals that progressed passed stage 1.  ...read more

The pipeline reports for deal stages or lifecycle stages are helpful, but they can only show you one path. It would be very helpful to visualize the steps with a stacked flow chart to get a clear picture of how leads/deals are progressing and all the steps along the way.    Here's an example of this type of chart from GA4: ...read more

We centralise all our pixels in Google Tag Manager, all we're after is a simple callback from the CTA to the main landing page with data about the submission, so our pixels can fire correctly on successful form submission.   For regular forms this works fine, but if we have a form in a CTA this just doesn't work and it's wildly frustrating.   ...read more

It'd be nice to be able to create graphs that show quote values by the term of the agreement.    For example, if I have a signed quote valued at $1,000 and it's a 5 month agreement, it'd be great to be able to make a graph that shows the term value spread out over the 5 months. Just as you can require a rep to associate a contact and company to a deal, it would be great if there was a way to remind and/or require a sales rep to qualify or disqualify a lead if they attempt to create an opportunity when there is an: 1) associated contact that has an open lead also associated 2) associated company that has open leads associated to it (might be more challenging for enterprise when you have multiple leads on a company record)   Since sales reps can create opps without qualifying or disqualifying a lead, we have to track these in lists AND then remind sales reps to go back and qualify the lead AND associate to the deal they have already created. It would be helpful to have greater control over how data is joined for reports in the customer report builder. Having the ability to control how the sub data sources are joined would allow for more accurate reporting. Currenty you can select the primary source, but all other sources beyond that use the default join method.   For instance, you could select deals as the primary object and add companies and activities. By default, it will show all companies associated to the deal and all activities associated to the deal. I would like to be able to have the option to adjust that to say companies associated to the deal and activites associated to the companies.  ...read more
