It would be great to have the ability to associate contacts to a campaign to improve Hubspot campaign reporting. There are times where integrations don't work, workflows are forgotten to be setup, etc and marketers need the ability to show which campaigns are creating and influencing contacts and driving pipeline.    Right now, it only seems like a campaign gets first touch creation attribution if it's through a Hubspot form, but that shouldn't be the only first touch creation indicator. If you have the ability to see lead creation through the LinkedIn integration and other integrations, why can't we give first touch creation to those campaigns? Additionally, it seems as though it's also only counted as first touch creation if they're from a website visit. We all know leads can be created in many different ways in this digital age that is not from the website.   It's great that Hubspot has added Spend to campaigns, but what use is this if we can't properly track it back contact creation and influence based on the spend? These analytics are inconclusive until this is fixed. If you can tell cost per lead and lead creation from LinkedIn campaigns and the Ads integration, you should be able to do the same thing with the Campaigns feature.   Lastly, please don't tell me I can associate a list to a campaign as a response. That's not a solve for this and is certainly not the same as contact attribution and influence 🙂 ...read more

Hi there,    today we run into a limitation with report.   We need to have a report of how many contacts were SQL and how many were CUSTOMER at the time of the form submission = conversion date. At the moment it's only possible to know how many of the current SQLs and CUSTOMERs submitted the form.   It would be great to have the possibility to catch the lifecycle stage of the contact at a specific time/date.   This kind of info allows us to have a report about the conversion rate divided per new businesses (onboard) and per existing businesses (upselling).    Is there any possibility to make it real?   Thanks,   Francesca     ...read more

HubSpot needs to have a feature to allow a user to see the number of meetings and/or tasks generated from a specific workflow. At this point, HubSpot is unable to attribute Meetings/Tasks to a specific workflow.   Use Case: A user needs to know how many meetings and/or tasks were generated from an email nurture/drip campaign powered by a specific workflow. ...read more

Hi, As a security measure businesses need to be able to lockdown who can receive hubspot system emails as well locking down who can recieve previews of any marketing emails. Hubspot users with access to email marketing tools are free to create preview recipients at any email domain. This current list needs to be editable, but ideally this should either be an approved list of emails or email domains. Echoing another ideas post, currently when sending out test emails in marketing tools there is no way to audit who sent or received test emails. Given the need for business to maintain security and confidentiallity around unreleased materials, Hubspot needs to be able to restrict sending of emails to an an approved list of email addresses or email domains. Ideally this would be a allowlist section available in the setting section of Hubspot. Google Ads has a similar mecahnisum for restricting access to the portal. Additionally to this, using the above allowlist would make it far much easier to allow distribution of notifications, such as form submission notices. The current set up requires users to be added to Hubspot, when in fact they only need to be made aware of submissions, but do not need access to the platform. While you are in a report and you create a chart that has 75 options, you are going to miss 25 as the maximum number of options it's 50. But, if it exists an option to bucket fields in order to reduce those 75 options and put together some options that could be groupped, it would be incredible.   The solution that I'm using right now is creating a workflow that bucked the information and put an specific text to a new field.   Here there's an example: Imagine that you have a field called Acquisition Form and there you have the name of all the forms that creates a Contact in HubSpot.  - eBook - Forecasting 2022 - eBook - Digital Impact 2022 - so on... If in a report you create a chart by Acquisition Form, you'll have a bunch of results. But, If you can create bucked fields of all the eBooks, all the Demo Requests.. you'll summarize a lot of columns to a few. ...read more

Add a simple line graph plotting a companies LinkedIn follower total by month to see growth of followers over time, e.g. 1500 in October, 1550 in November etc. and show +50 followers over the month for easy marketing reporting to show follower growth by month as well as running total. ...read more

It would be good if I could link forms via pages to campaigns.   I reuse forms in multiple campaigns (aka in multiple landing pages) to test what messaging and imagery resonates best.    BUT, it's annoying that I cannot track the conversion of views to contacts via the campaign feature. If I could then I could truly track the success of each campaign.    There is a lot of work behind the scenes for the forms, so it is not wise to create unique forms for each campaign (so this is not a solution).    It would be nice if HS allowed us to link a form via a page to a campaign, so I can track and compare the results of campaigns and maximise the campaigns feature.  ...read more
