Hi HubSpot team!   The data displayed on the Marketing Email > Analyze tab does not allow us to see metrics specifically on our marketing emails (i.e. excluding transactional emails).   That data is therefore of very little value for tracking marketing email performance because data such as open rates is significantly skewed by transactional emails (e.g. when a customer sets up a login to our portal).   Suggestion: On the Email type dropdown on the Analyze tab, add two categories: Marketing emails Transactional emails Here's a screenshot of where I am referring to in the UI: https://app.screencast.com/PQR7nvFdwik6P    The current filters available on the Email type dropdown are too granular (Regular, Regular A/B, Blog, Follow-up etc.) to be of use in answering the question, "How well are our marketing emails performing?" (If however, the Email type dropdown allowed multi-select (currently only one selection can be made), that might be a quick solution to this issue -- but the two additional categories suggested above would be more intuitive for users.   Hope that all makes sense. Hi,   Would be really useful to have the option to create custom report to track ads campaign performance. Currently, the only option is to use the out-of-the-box ads (Marketing > Ads > Analyze). The problem with these standard reports is they provide little insights if we want to be more granular and look beyond the number of contacts generated, cost per contact, number of customers.    Can we add to custom reports, the option to add campaign or ad cost, and ads campaigns as contact properties so we can effectively measure the ROAS?   Best, Yannick   ...read more

Looking to create a report using the create date of a property or date the property is changed, which can be found in the history of the property, as one of the metrics for the report.    A report that will give me the number of deals that were changed to "Deal Stage #5" on that day or in a specific date range. Also, want to filter it based on another property similar to HubSpot Owner that shows the number of deals each person moved to "Deal Stage #5" in a specific date range. Also could possibly base it off of the date a property is filled out rather than the date the deal stage is changed.   Have been working with HubSpot Support team but would love some help if anyone has ideas of how to do this based on the history of a property or has another possible workaround.  ...read more

You should create a connector for use with Google's DataStudio Application. This would help us create a more robust report for our users and we can leverage the statistics that HubSpot provides. Currently, other services like Databox can connect to HubSpot to pull statistics from a portal to create dashboards. I think opening this up to DataStudio will really help marketers and agencies with providing all the data they need.  ...read more

Should be able to make a 'Company Lifecycle Funnel' widget with conversion rates between each Lifecycle stage (see 'Contact Lifecycle Funnel' widget for example). ...read more

It would be great to have details about CLV for each contact. I know it's possible to have a workaround for this (https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Calculated-properties-for-transactional-data/m-p/238284) but as a key metric for many businesses, having this automatically available would be really useful. ...read more

Aparantly this was possible when the Marketing Events feature was first launched, but has since been removed.   The marketing events tool is brilliant and something that I’ve been wishing for for a LONG time. I’d like to utilize it to measure and analyze event effectiveness and revenue attribution.   Currently I can only begin to explore this posibility with events that sync through an integration. There is no way for me to manually create an event, from a specific date, and upload a list of registrants and attendees. (which is what I would do for prior events, for instance).    Without being able to track and report on ALL of our events, this tool is basically useless to me....full of promise and dissapointment 😭 ...read more

Hey Hubspot -- we're seeing more and more third-party apps appearing that create and manage marketing events for you in hubspot. I'd rather not use a third party or any custom code lol.     Many of these are popping up since the HubSpot Marketing Event Object is powerful in its ability to flow into attribution reporting yet  don't make it easy to track in-person event interactions.    I have reps manually adding contacts/companies/deals to a custom object, would love a native way prefereably without going through the API to allow them to add/remove contacts from a marketing event and still have it flow into attribution reports.    One of the main benefits of the custom object is their ability to hold notes + meetings as well so we can track activity at events beyond attendees and registrants.    Is there a pm I can meet with to showcase our custom object to? if so, please dm me thanks. ...read more

It seems like something that would be a standard feature, but our company thinks it is essential to be able to embed HubSpot dashboards in external sites. For example, we have a centralized reporting system which we use a published link to embed external dashboards via iframe. This seems to be available and standard in other platforms, but not HubSpot. 😞 ...read more
