This request refers to the double opt-in features in HubSpot: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/set-up-double-opt-in-for-emails#send-opt-in-email-to-individual-contact   When HubSpot users want to bulk confirm the email addresses, the only way is currently via bulk edit:   Once you have the double opt-in feature enabled, you can update the double opt-in status for your contacts in bulk from your contacts home.   This means that every time there are new contacts to confirm, a user has to manually select and update contacts.   Please create a workflow action to update the 'Marketing email confirmation status' to 'Customer marked confirmed'.   Reasons why this is needed Some contacts should be automatically marked confirmed. For example, in many SaaS companies, software customers are considered confirmed because they already signed up for the software. In other companies, customers are generally considered confirmed across the board and should not have to go through a double opt-in process again. While there are workflow workarounds, using additional custom properties, it should be possible to update the confirmation status directly. If it's possible to update contacts in bulk (see article linked above), Professional and Enterprise customers should not be forced to do this manually. If you're a super admin, you can approve marketing emails and landing pages and you appear in the dropdown of approvers. Super admins cannot be removed from that dropdown.   However, not all super admins have touchpoints with marketing or necessarily have the background knowledge to judge whether an email or landing page should be approved or not. On the contrary, super admins typically deal with questions of portal infrastructure and especially in larger organisations, they don't handle operational tasks like email approval.   Approving emails and landing pages is typically a marketing admin function - and while there might be marketing admins who are also super admins, that's not always the case.   I would like to request that super admins can be removed from the approvers dropdown.   In larger portals, there can be a larger number or approvers and super admins and having these mixed together in one long dropdown of approvers can be misleading for users who request the approvals.   There is also a risk of a super admin being notified to approve something although they don't have any knowledge or context of it. ...read more

Currently, once approved, automated, RSS, and blog subscription emails cannot be recalled. Nonetheless, having the capability to recall such emails while they are still in the 'draft' stage would be highly beneficial. I acknowledge that for this specific email type, approval is required only once. Subsequent updates to the email can be promptly published without the need for reapproval, but if those are not published just yet and need to be reviewed by other team members the 'recall' functionality will help a lot! Hi,   Currently, we have to manually add a competitors domain (when we come across a new one which can be a few times a week) to the 'emails to block' section in the email field when creating a form. This can be a time consuming manual process as we have quite a few forms. Is there a way we can just add our own list of blocked domains so they are not able to submit a form and receive an email. I am aware of a few ways to get parts of this-  for example, after a marketing email is published, on that marketing email's page you can see "top engaged contacts" which shows a handful of contacts who opened/clicked it 30+ times, but it only shows 30 contacts for each at the maximum.    Or, I also know I can use lists and marketing email properties to show anyone who opened that marketing email at least once.    However, after sending a marketing email to 11,000 people for example, users should be able to see a total list of opens and clicks by contact, rather than just 30 contacts total. In order to send follow-up data to sales teams, they need a reasonable indicator of who is interested. If 10,000 opened (which could be determined by existing functionality), this is an unreasonable number for 1 on 1 emails, and would be helpful if I could break up that 10,000 by who opened/clicked each email, letting salespeople chase the best opportunities that match the data. Hi everyone,   I'd like to recommend adding a small preview or a number (in percantage) to the email page during A/B testing.  This would be really helpful in deciding which version to send, for example, if A version is in the lead by 1-3% but we like the B version we can stop the test and send the B version instead since the difference is miniscule between them.  There is already a number that shows open rates for A and B but we'd like to see what actually decides which version will go out if those two versions have an equal open rate or a close number.  ...read more

Please let us backspace the signature. Or hit a little "X" to remove it when we want. I know HubSpot could easily add this feature, and I see this requested continually since 2019.   I realize the work-around is to click to edit the signature within the email draft and backspace the signature contents, and click save without checking to apply the new signature to the account settings.    However, your very own templates end with a first-name-only salutation, and then my signature gets auto-populated below that. What kind of rediculous oversite is that?   To be clear, what I (we) want is a way to uncheck adding the signature, either when creating the template, or from each email individually, please!    Many thanks!  Alex ...read more

As a frequent practice within my current organisation, we execute campaigns on behalf of our managers/ C-level members, so they could be the face that represents our particular activities. The thing is that they rarely have the time to process the additional and beneficial data on the replies on the HubSpot CRM, so their assistants need to do that for them. However, it will be beneficial for us to have the option to select the "reply-to address" to be both that of the sender and as well as this of the assistant of the sender when applicable. Currently, we can select only one "reply-to" address which makes our managers get drowned in forwarding email replies to their assistants, so they could update the database and/or schedule meetings and etc.   ...read more
