It would be useful if it were possible to set up a subscription preference type which is private or could be hidden from everyone.   For example this could be used for an internal employee newsletter who would have a subscription category that cannot be signed up for by external people.  Or, if you have a specific group of customers who you want to sign up to a certain type of emails and therefore limit who would be able to access that subscription. ...read more

In some cases it would be useful to be able to set up and edit signatures for other users, whenever Marketing sets up automated emails for sales or account management. Either those colleagues are not active users at the moment, or Marketing simply knows best how to quickly set up and edit signatures, which saves a lot of time. At the moment there are two workarounds  1) Add the colleagues as users to HubSpot, set the user permissions you want or don't want them to have, and work with them individually to create signatures in the profile section of the portal. This takes a lof of time thinking of a global organisation and more than three colleagues.  2) Add a from name and a from e-mail address to an e-mail without adding the actual person as a user in the portal and creating manually create or copy and paste that person's signature into the e-mail body. At the moment it's not possible to insert tables in the drag and drop email editor. Even if we paste table HTML in the source code, it gets stripped away when we save it.   Current workarounds include: Add a screenshot of the table instead: However if the email client is blocking images, this information will not show up Use a custom module with a HTML table:  This means that for every table I want to insert in my emails, I need to create a new module Being able to add tables to drag and drop emails will be a really useful feature to have for those want the flexibility of DnD, but still want to structure their information clearly. ...read more

We have a site in different languages. The HubSpot COS double opt-in configuration (found in COS -> Content -> Content Settings -> Email -> Double Opt-in) is only supported in one language.   Would be great if this was available in multiple languages so we don't have to recreate the functionality for each language in workflows.       ...read more

It would be very useful if Enterprise customers that are hosting multiple domains could have more than one active email preferences page. If the domains are completely unrelated and a contact is subscribed to one domain, why do they have to see all active email types from the portal? Why not just one domain? ...read more

I send certain emails every month to the same group of people. I would love to have the ability within the workflows to be able to send emails every month instead of just annually. The example that I have is when I sent a request for newsletter information in order to customize their monthly email newsletter that is sent to their patients. ...read more

We are looking to send polls through email without the addition of a CTA/landing page. We would like there to be a function that allows a poll to be created in the body of an email, and that also tallies all the responses in an orderly fashion. Are the email data statistics available in custom reports and dashboards? If so, I cannot find them. It would be nice to build reports with basic email stats (Opens, CTR, Bounces, etc.) that are tied to groups of emails, perhaps a folder of emails or emails coming from a certain email address.    Use example - we use the marketing hub to support multiple sales teams that are split by region. These emails are split by folder. It would be nice to be able to build dashboards for each region using just the folder of emails for his or her region or emails coming from his or her email address.    The report library includes the "email totals by sent, opened, and clicked" report, but it is not customizable. The fact that this is static and not adjustable is frustrating. It could be super powerful.  ...read more
