It would be great to add the ability to use deal-level personalization in regular emails. Please find a way to add more tokens in addition to the ones circled for the User (Deal Owner).  the deal owner is the sales person , the templates should be able to populate the sales persons phone number, personal landing page, or any other unique social media page etc.     (user-=sales person) and the sales person needs to have more individual tokens.   see screen shot    ...read more

Ideas forum: http://ideas.hubspot.com/forums/76407-general-hubspot-ideas/suggestions/5144022-being-able-to-order-the-email-types-on-subscriptio   Having the ability to reorder the Email Types would definitely be very useful for all marketers!   The main reason being: if you have many different email types on the subscription page, there's no easy way for a user to select the exact email type to unsubscribe from. It's much easier for them to scroll down and unsub from everything which we want to avoid.   A good solution would be to display the email type of the email that they clicked from at the top, and then have all other types below that one so that the page will vary depending on which email type they clicked on.   If anyone has suggestions on workarounds right now, I'd love to hear them. ...read more

We have emails containing multiple tracking URLs that direct to the same page while using different UTM codes, in order to track which CTA that a contact has clicked on.  We would like to program workflow actions (such as setting a contact property) based on which specific tracking link a contact has clicked. However, Workflows do not allow for this option, as all UTM parameters are stripped from links shown inside the actions menu.    It would help greatly to show all variations of tracking links that exist in a marketing email so that workflow actions can be programmed around specific link / CTA click behaviors.  ...read more

Submitting on behalf of customer   Hi Team,  The customer reviews the revenue attribution card of the respective email campaigns and thinks that it will be really helpful if the Attribution model dropdown (see currently set as Linear) can be fixed across all email campaigns and if they change it then it will be applied based on the user's last setting.
