Hi - Now while this sounds rather esoteric, hear me out. 🙂 When a user designs marketing email templates, but then leaves the company, unless someone else goes in and changes that template (trivially), the departed colleague continues an existence within the system, even though they have been deactivated. It looks like they continue to send marketing emails, resulting in calls from concerned colleagues wondering why this is so. My idea is that for such high visibility ownership, HubSpot replaces the departed colleague with "deactivated user", much like when someone is removed from HubSpot entirely. This would remove any suspicion someone still might have access to a system they aren't to have access to anymore, but without losing the information associated with that departed user elsewhere in the system. And yes, I can go in and make a trivial change to revert ownership to me, but I hate the idea of making changes in a running system...
