We’ve had some contacts that show as engaged with our LinkedIn Ads, social media, etc but aren’t receiving emails due to this unengaged contacts setting being strictly for email.    I understand that the unengaged contacts setting is set by default in HubSpot and cannot be adjusted.   It would be nice to have the option to adjust this setting. For example, we may want to adjust this to a criteria statement along the lines of: unengaged email contacts OR unengaged LinkedIn Ad contacts OR Social Media unengaged contacts, etc.   This way we're still able to send to those who have engaged with us in some way outside of just email.  ...read more

It would be very convenient if it were possible to be able to exclude certain posts/tags/campaigns from the automatic blog emails.   If there were an option to be able to do this in the Email Editor, it would make customizing those notification emails much easier, without having to create separate blogs for all your posts. ...read more

HubSpot, we need an easier way to track when a contact replies to a marketing email within a workflow when the reply-to email is a distribution list email. We cannot connect HubSpot replies to our catch-all email distribution list "community@our-domain-here.com."    We need to be able to trigger if/then branches based on "replies" to a specific email in a workflow. However, since the email is a distribution, we can't connect the inbox, and we're manually unenrolling contacts who respond.   Per HubSpot support, " At this time it is not possible to use a distro list as a reply to address, because you need to have access to the inbox associated with the email address so you can verify it."    But there's got to be an easier way, right? Situation When it comes to email templates in Hubspot, I always try to push for simple drag & drop designs. They're easy to make and change for content marketers with 0 knowledge of HTML or Hubspot's design editor, so I love this feature!   But now I'm in a situation where I have multiple brands within a single portal. Each of them have unique fonts and brand colors. That gets a little hard to manage with the default drag & drop modules. A) it gets pretty crowded within the color swatch interface with all these brand colors, and I'm not even half way down brand #2. Still 3 more to go after this: There's no way to distinguish which colors belong to which brand, so it's hard for content marketers to use the right ones.   And B) I can only choose 1 primary and secondary font (& size & color) for the entire portal. Meaning that for the other brands, I have to manually update fonts in rich text editor modules.     The idea I'd love it if this worked a bit more (or exactly!) like Canva's brand kits, where you can create and name separate palletes, then add swatches to them as you please:   Whenever you select colors for an element in the editor, this distinction is also present (obviously these are a lot of sets, but you get the point):   As for fonts, I imagine it's a dropdown of sorts where you pick the brand for an email, and it will automatically put the Header, Paragraph etc. texts in the right font, size and color.       The added value The first is organisational: It's easier to understand for the content marketers of a specific brand which colors they can use for their brand, and which belong to another. The second is in reduced workload: I imagine that I can choose the brand or theme an e-mail or landing page is part of, to set the default font & size for that email's default text modules.   ...read more

You should offer the option of purchasing tools separately, for example, we are very small nonprofit so we are on the starter suite, but the ONLY thing im missing is workflows so i dont have to send a confirmation email whenever I add a new donation in deals. So if i try to upgrade, the price go WAAAAY too high to be the next available step.   It would be great if i could just buy "workflows". ...read more

Like the title suggests, it would be great to be able to use email templates uploaded from Figma and A/B test against templates created using the block editor in Hubspot. When you go to select template you can see all of the available template for the B test. ...read more

I'd like the ability to tag individual emails - before or after sending - so performance can be measured per tag.   For example, I send emails about topic A, B, C, across different audiences, and across different campaigns. I would create tags A, B, C for each email topic we send, then tag each email I send. I could then pull performance for each of those tags, so I can see which topics perform best. Would like the same reporting metrics as exist now.      This would be similar to how we tag social posts and comments in Sprout, so that we can pull analytics on those tags to see what post types do well, how many comments we receive about a certain topic, etc.  ...read more

We would like the ability to have a global settings that would allow you to edit the "View In Browser" link text (actual words) on marketing emails that have a web version. You can edit what it says in the classic editor, however there isn't an option when using the drag and drop editor.  ...read more
