Dear HubSpot team,   we use the mailing function of HubSpot but also the HubSpot Sales PlugIn in Outlook (Office 365). It regualrly happens that during an email conversation our customers enter people in cc for notification in their entity. If these persons are not in our system a contact is automatically created. However, often contacts are created which are not interesting for our busines. Our team and clients love using Drag and Drop emails, but as many others on this forum have identified, thare are still a few bugs present in the product including the rendering of image CTAs in button modules on mobile.    Currently, image CTAs placed in these email templates render as expected on desktop, but when viewed on a mobile viewport no standard responsive styles are being applied. We really need to be able to filter this report (or be able to create a custom report that is similar) by campaign so that we can see all the stats (open rate, click rate, delivered rate etc.) on one report but filter out a campaign that is not relevant.  One of our campaigns is used purely for sending onboarding instructions to all the users within a company, who have newly subscribed to our SaaS platform.  The open and click rates are high as without this info the individual users cannot access their accounts.  Therefore we really want to look at the rest of our marketing email data but filter out this one campaign. ...read more

Who: Anyone who builds emails that need to have personlized From Names and FROM Addresses in email settings. Goal: This would allow for a single email or email workflow to be built that could go out from multiple recipients. Without this capability, if a team wants the same set of emails to go out from 3 different people, they need to build three different email workflows.  Value: Increase efficiency. Improve reporting. It's great to change the tone of our content, but what about changing to 'our company tone of voice'?    Team: Marketing Goal: create consistent content Value: helps speed up new content, new joiners, reduces editing time and much more What is the request?: Add 'compnay tone of voice' to the options for the AI Assitant in content creation. This issue is really two issues.   1) Portal/Recipient Timezone I know there is some functionality with email sends in regards to using IP Country to send in a recipients timezone, however that functionality has limitations. For example, if you have an imported list from an event (or in our case an entire database migration from Eloqua) those contacts will not have been cookie'd yet so the send will default to the portal timezone. Or you may just want to divvy your campaigns/email sends out entirely by region.   What would be great is if there was a way to schedule entire email sends or workflow times by timezone. So for example..if I have a nurture program that is going to all of my AsiaPac contacts I can change the timezone to Singapore Standard Time (as an example) and then select the hours I want. This is doable at the moment but requires some mental converting from your timezone to the desired timezone. This gets tricky too when talking about daylights savings time changes (happens in some countries but not others) as well as regions with a huge time difference (Singapore vs. East Coast US is 13 hours apart, so in a lot of cases time crosses dates)   2) Portal/User Timezone We have users in all US timezones as well as users in Netherlands and Singapore (and our team will continue to grow globally beyond that). Because our main power users are on EST that is what the portal is set to, however that can cause confusion for the non-EST users for email scheduling, reporting, contact properties, etc.   If Issue #1 is solved that could solve some of these issues, but it would be nice if users could pick what timezone they were in rather than it being defaulted to the portal timezone.   I know these functionalities exist in other automation tools, would be nice to have them in HubSpot as well! ...read more

In Hubspot, we can apply a "send frequency cap" to avoid sending additional marketing emails to a contact who has already received "x" number of emails in the past ~2 weeks. But Hubspot doesn't let you view the list of people who currently meet this frequency cap, until after one sends an email with the cap toggled on. (At that point, you can go to the sent email and click through the drop-down list of email statuses). Without the ability to predict who will be suppressed, this adds an extra step to the worklist of a marketing manager on any given email day – a great marketing manager now has to remember to revisit sent marketing emails immediately after sending to review the list of people who were frequency capped to see if any should be manually allowed – e.g. high lead score leads who have triggered a lot of automated content delivery emails, and might get accidentally suppressed from a monthly newsletter or a promotional email. ...read more

Need a repeatable & reliable way to capture all opt-outs and hard-bounces. There is currently no clear filter critieria that can be used to identify those who previously may have bounced or opted-out vs. those that are currently opted-out and hard-bounced outside of exporting the bounces and unsubscribes data from the Email section to create a Static List which is not substainable. There should be a way to pull this into a smart list and/or a contact setting that can be referenced.
