I think it'd be very helpful for all of my accounts if there were a way to set an account-level safety feature. No emails sent out with empty tokens. So, for example, if you reference a custom property on a contact, or associated ticket, or whatever, you could prevent it from sending.    This would generate a list, of contacts who failed to send because of the missing token. Those contacts could then be fixed and re-enrolled in the campaign, survey, or drip campaign.     This would make the sending tools more approachable, and add a nice safety feature for big complicated accounts with lots going on. I would really like to be able to pick what Super Admins can approve marketing emails and who can't. We have several Super Admins that are not in the marketing department and its frustrating they are getting 38 different emails to approve each time a school is sending something out. It also causes confusion on who should be approving what for the people who should be looking at those emails.  I would love to be able to say these three admins are able to approve marketing emails and these that have this contact owner handles these, these contact owners are handled by super admin 2, etc.  ...read more

It would be really great to be able to choose a default backup sender on a per email basis rather than just having a global default sender. This comes up when trying to send to a Contact's owner but the owner doesn't exist or isn't connected to a HubSpot-integrated email address.   For some campaigns, we have one point person who should be defaulted to and in some campaigns it might be a different point person. ...read more

At the moment, assets such as marketing emails and social posts can only be attributed to a single campaign. The issue I am running into is I have multple campaigns running at the same time that sometimes share real estate space on the same email or social content. It would be easier if I could save these assets to multiple campaigns to be able to properly review campaign performances when they are completed. ...read more

When working with international customers, templates for marketing e-mails are set-up in the language of each country. By allowing us to assign templates to a User or Team, we can make sure we have a better overview for every user on templates only relevant for them! ...read more

Removing individual emails from the Email blasts where you select recipients. We have ours in a list for better organization. It's confusing and messy to see it this way and no quick way to remove them. I was told this feature doesn't currently exist. ...read more

I would love to be able to force send RSS emails. Our marketing team has an RSS feed email of recently added job openings going to job seekers who subscribe to our newsletter. It only sends when there has been a recent addition to the feed, but I would like the option to either manually force send the email or be able to automate the email to send at least once a week, even if there hasn't been new jobs listed. Job openings are typically listed 1-3 times a month, so sometimes a week or two goes past where the RSS feed email does not get sent out. ...read more

We want to implement the double opt-in email feature in Hubspot, yet realize we'd have to stick to one standard email that would be applied to all our forms. Unfortunately, we sent content in 12 languages, so we would need that opt-in email to be able to be modified across different languages and activated for certain form submissions.
