In Mailchimp we can just paste all emails we want to send to. In HubSpot we have to create a contact first. We should be able paste all emails we want to send to in stead of importing/creating contacts first. The lack of this feature is making us reconsider HubSpot.

I'd like to be able to trigger abandonded cart emails to go out 4 hours after shopify website visitors have had a pending checkout, which means I need to be able to edit the amount of time hubspot takes before moving shopify website visitors from checkout pending to checkout abandoned. "HubSpot moves your Shopify website visitors from Checkout Pending to Checkout Abandoned after 24 hours of an item entering and the transaction not completing within the cart. This setting is default within HubSpot and I'm afraid at this moment, cannot be changed."

The "Engagement over time" report on the Email performance tab doesn't show open rate or CTR over time, only absolute opens/clicks. This isn't very helpful because the absolute volume is dependent on many other factors. Because of this, it's hard to look back and see if changes to your email improved engagement, and I usually end up cloning the email, making changes, and adding it to my workflows so I get clean open rate/CTR data. It would be super helpful to view open rate and CTR data over time on a single email. Today this is only possible in the Analyze tab if you assign one email to one campaign. It would also be great to be able to annotate your timeline with tags (manually or automatically) to see when you made certain changes (like a new subject line or CTA button), or when certain external events happened that might impact performance (i.e., COVID). Who: email marketers Goal: understand changes in email performance (open rate, CTR) over time (and tie those changes to email updates or other custom tags) Value: Better understand how email updates impact open rates/CTRs; eliminate the need to create new emails and update workflows to measure changes in email performance

Hi, I have noticed when I create a list, it never auto-assigns to a folder, even when I navigate to the folder before creating it. I would love for the list so auto-create in the folder in which I created it. This same concept would be helpful when creating Marketing emails within a folder. Our team has been trained to access specific folders when creating both lists and emails. Currently, no matter where you navigated prior to creating a list or an email, you must take an extra step to assign or move it to a folder after saving.

It'd be great if we could leave comments and tag in team members when building a marketing email in the drag and drop email editor. Teams often collaborate on marketing efforts, so this would go a long way to help streamline what can be an intricate and sometimes elaborate process.

We work with numerous emails within numerous folders within the Email tool. When cloning an email, the cloned email does not appear in the original email's folder. It appears back in the main list and must be manually moved. It would be ver helpful to have the clone appear in the original email's folder automatically. We have mutliple users on the tool. If I forget to move the email when I initially clone it, I have to search by name on the main email list in order to find it. This seems like an easy ask. Please help us be more efficient.

Currently, if you create a bulk email, you can schedule it for some time in the future. However, after you have sent a bulk email, you cannot schedule a send to an additional group after the fact. To do so would require either A) cloning the email and sending it as a new send or B) preparing the additional send and waiting until the day and time to actually click the "Send Now" button. It would be great if we had the same scheduling functionality for additional sends.

Allow granular choices for unsubscribe page, so people can have the option to subscribe to lower frequency or different lists.

It would be extremely helpful to keep emails and landing pages organized if there was an optional column available that would display a FOLDER column similar to the Contact List All lists view. The Landing Pages doesn't even have the Manage columns button, which is really not helpful for organization. The options within Manage columns on the Marketing Emails page are unfortunately only statistics and there are no options to assist in organization. When I view the list of all marketing emails and the list of all landing pages I would like to be able to see a column showing what folder they are saved in. This would help see what emails are grouped together and make it easier to see which emails are in the root folder and still need to be organized into a folders. It would also be useful to see a column option for what campaign and subscription type the emails in the list belong to. I know I can select the down arrow beside Campaign to select a specific campaign in order to see all the emails that belong to that one campaign, but I would like the option to be able to see that in the list of all emails instead of needing to select each campaign separately to compare the stats that are able to be displayed in the columns.
