Recently, our team encountered a pain point while setting up a chatbot for a client. We configured the phone number property in the chatbot, and when we entered spam numbers (e.g., 12345) instead of actual phone numbers, the HubSpot chatbot accepted them and proceeded to the next action. It would be beneficial if we could format the phone number property with a country code or local phone number format, along with updates for other properties in chatbots, to obtain more accurate information from leads.
