Brands that need more complex chatbots have to go outside of Hubspot because the capabilities are limited and the interface isn't conducive. Editing and creating Chat Flows, that offer the personalized and authentic experience users expect, is incredibly cumbersome and has limited options, compared to other platforms. One way I see to dramatically improve Chat Flows is – similar to Workflows – having the ability to 'Go To' other flows. 💡Example: 1. Welcome Bot → Greets and segements users with a general menu 2. Support Bot(s) → Personalized support menu x product 3. Sales Bot(s) → Captures specific lead info x product 4. Feedback Bot(s) → Captures feedback from users x product 5. Out of Office Bot → Provides business hours and creates tickets By linking bots – based on user action – you can (1) develop clear KPIs by assigning owners/teams for each flow, (2) boost efficiency by editing specific bots, rather than the monstrosity that is a "mega flow", (3) create a more personalized experience without getting lost in a "mega flow".
