If double-opt in is enabled within a portal, we always need to set an additional enrollment trigger on workflows that send marketing emails, to ensure that only contacts with confirmed DOI status will be enrolled and sent the email. The only "workaround" is to set the additional workflow enrollment trigger as:   Marketing Email Confirmation Status is any of: Confirmed User clicked confirmed HubSpot Rep. marked confirmed Customer marked confirmed Confirmed from previous behavior     What happens currently is that contacts are enrolled in the workflow, regardless of their DOI status, which results in the marketing emails not being delivered. There is a lot of manual work involved in having to assess these contacts and manually resend the email.    It would be immensely beneficial to have a double opt-in enrollment feature for workflows in portals where double opt-in is activated. I was imaging some sort of option that when activated in the workflow, will only enroll contacts with DOI confirmed without having to set additional enrollment triggers.    This is currently causing a lot of confusion for customers, especially in Germany where DOI is a legal requirement. Hi Team,   I'm looking to get a feature for static and non static lists implemnted. Can we have a restore contacts to list or restore list to previous version. I just accidentally deleted some contacts from a huge static list and Itd be nice if I didnt have to scower my entire hubspot just to add them back to the list. ...read more

Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more

The time to process a smart list is a serious pain point. A current example: trying to run a simple Smart List for Contacts with one Line of Criteria:  Submitted a Form on Any Page between a Date Range. This list takes upwards of 5 minutes to render results.  Why does it take so long? How can it be sped up?   I've run smart list with 10s of thousands of results, that I've had to wait overnight for the list to process.  Anything that can be done to improve list load time would be hugely impactful. ...read more

Please add the ability to see when contacts joined a list, without having to go into each contact's membership pages or create individual workflows for each list. I’d like to be able to pull all the joined dates from an particular list, rather than go contact by contact.  For example, if I have a List XYZ which consists of 150 contacts, when I export it I’m able to see the following data: Email First Name Last Name Phone Number Job Title Create Date Company Name Recent Conversion Recent Conversion Date   I would love to be able to see the date they joined List XYZ as well.  That way I don’t have to go into all 150 contacts’ membership pages.  Please add a way to do this on a large scale. Currently, when using a date field in Workflows or Lists, it is impossible to ignore the year for annually recurring events (such as a birthday or anniversary). This leads to problems when wanting a create a list of contacts with birthdays within the next # days because HubSpot will only look into the next # days of the current year. If we were able to insert a wildcard for the year or only choose month and day, that would solve the issue.   Thank you! ...read more

The new import change has just caused me so much more work. Previously, I could choose to import contacts to an exsting list, and I had a static lsit that was linked to a communicaitons workflow. I was able to import and automate communications in one step.   Now, I have to import a list, create a new list, then enroll that list in a workflow. A one step process just became a three step process. I thought HubSpot was supposed to make my work simplier, not add more steps? ...read more
